I had two crowns put in last year (2022), and there were no problems with the crowns. I came back this year and had another crown put in. I like that they now use a 3D system for making the crown. It was a perfect fit without the dentist making adjustments to the crown. They had it within 24 hours. The efficiency of the 3D system not only saved me time but also ensured a precise and comfortable fit for the crown. The dental clinic's commitment to adopting advanced technology has definitely earned my trust and loyalty.

The clinic was extremely helpful, contacting me at the weekend and making an appointment quickly to deal with an emergency. The result was excellent. A restructured front tooth to repair a fractured incisor.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Going abroad for any medical procedure is high risk, and deep analytical research is required. I selected Dr. Popovic based on the quality of reviews and the quality of the website. The implant options were more affordable than in the UK, and I had friends I wanted to visit in Belgrade. I booked my appointment for June 12, 2024, and flew with Wizzair. The Wizzair app was easy to use; although the onboard experience was a little crowded, it was okay. **Clinic:** The clinic is large, modern, contemporary, clean, fully staffed, with a helpful reception—exactly what you would expect from a professional environment. Having run the David Clulow clinic in Earls Court for contact lenses back in the day, I know what to look for. **Dr. Popovic:** Courteous, kind, and professional, Dr. Popovic told me what was good for me without offering what was not possible—a very good sign. I wasn't suitable for top jaw implants, so I opted for a crown and permanent dentures. By the way, if you need veneers, Dr. Popovic's colleague was simply awesome. I had anticipated needing two, but only one, with a perfect color match, was required. **Procedure:** Dr. Popovic's wife carried out the procedure, which involved six visits. Each visit was timely, professional, calibrated, and precise. I was in good hands, and the standard was high. Together, we decided on the choice of color. **Pain Levels:** The professional care ensured minimal pain. I experienced slight bruising on one tooth area gum, which made eating uncomfortable, so I had to eat soft foods for several days. I didn't need painkillers. **Ratings:** As a clinic manager, I rate professional care, calibration, precision, and technical ability. Satisfaction: 10/10. If I had found any faults, I would have downgraded the rating, but I didn't. A special mention to Ivona, Dr. Popovic's assistant, who organized cabs and perfectly priced accommodation at the nearby Hotel Rozarev, a rustic family hostel with 5-star staff. **Conclusion:** Overall, it was an excellent experience. Did I get lucky? Well, perhaps you make your own luck.

I was under the care of Dr. Motiwala in April/May 2024. I decided to have my root canal treated teeth removed and to cover all remaining teeth with zirconia crowns. Additionally, I had two wisdom teeth in the lower jaw that also needed to be extracted. So, 9 teeth had to be removed and 10 implants placed. The complete treatment took exactly 5 days. The result speaks for itself. Absolutely perfect work from A to Z. The dental office is like new, super clean, and of international standard. The entire medical team is extremely helpful, friendly, and highly professional. I cannot put into words how happy I am to have found this clinic and its perfect doctors. Hi I’m Alan (originally Scottish) but I have lived in Melbourne, Australia for over 30 years. I found out I needed a dental implant about 5 years ago and was quoted some very expensive pricing in Australia. I knew about the high standard of Healthcare in Malaysia and reasonable pricing and I found Utama Dental centre via some research and reading very positive reviews. The customer service at Utama were very responsive and easy to deal with and arrange the implant appointments. My experience at Utama has been very positive. It is a top-notch facility with helpful/friendly staff. Dr Ahmad, the implant specialist, who is American-trained, is great at explaining the implant process and absolutely meticulous in his approach and carrying out the procedure. The post operation care was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Utama Dental Centre at about a 3rd of the cost of Australia and we’re still well ahead after the travel and holidays in Malaysia which we absolutely love. In fact, I’ve just returned again with my wife who needs an implant and for some other dental work for myself and a couple of friends. The cheap flights are back and I would suggest to any fellow Aussies that getting an implant at Utama is definitely worth considering. I certainly have had a very good experience.

My wife and I had some procedures done by Dr. Tuyen Vu which included teeth cleaning and filling ground back. Denture relined and crack repaired. Extraction and new partial denture The workmanship was first-class. All this within a space of a week. What was most impressive was that we were picked up from our hotel by the good Doctor for our first appointment. The relationship between Doctor and patient was very cordial. She made me feel at ease during the whole process. (I hate dentist pain) All we can honestly say. Doctor, you have given me back my smile and saved me heaps. Thanks again for all your skill.
