Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

In March of last year, I contacted Dr. Ismail desperate & almost hopeless, he asked me to pay him a visit for a check up & to discuss a treatment plan, prices etc, as I was on a budget. I paid him a visit, discussed our options & immediately began my treatment. That day was the beginning of an incredibly successful treatment. I was missing several teeth & my case was quite complicated. I researched my situation & I knew I needed a highly skillful Dentist to make my treatment a success. Alhamdulila & thanks to Dr. Ismail, today I am with a full set of teeth (dental implants), & most importantly, NOT A SINGLE complication occurred. My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. His English is far better than mine! Highly recommend. He is an amazing clinician that deserves much praise. .Thank you again so much Dr. Rosales!

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

I am Vivian Noronha from Blooming Grove, New York USA. I contacted Dr. Pooja Shah for dental implants. She explained why my situation was more suited to Crowns rather than implants. Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. All in all a very satisfying experience

I had an emergency, root canal treatment on a broken tooth. Very peculiar and I was on my last day in quarantine. He agreed to treat me immediately (requ. form Israeli Med Board). The root canal work was done without any pain (in contrary to others I had in S.Africa and Germany). Because of the broken tooth which he saved I needed a crown. Which was done precise and no problem at all? My experience over more than 20 years (whenever I am in the country) Fixing my gums, implant, crown ... best of three countries. Precise, warm a real specialist. Hard to find these days.

The clinic contacted me quickly and offered an appointment- a car was sent to the hotel and Heidi was there to greet us. On arrival you are asked to wear shoe protectors to avoid any cross-contamination I had an OPG panoral X-ray taken and a quick examination this cost £20. I said I had a molar tooth where the composite had worn away and needed renewing and the dentist confirmed - there was no decay and it was one surface of the tooth - occlusal and I was told this would cost £80 this was due to new pricing fixed by the government (the price would be the same if I had needed an injection, my tooth had been decayed and if the filling covered several surfaces and needed built up using clamps ie a more time-consuming procedure) I was also offered a scale and polish for £80 which I declined. My oral health is pretty good and as there is very little plaque my dentist at home would normally do this in with the price of a filling. The filling I had was what I would expect done in the UK - the previous composite was removed and re-etched then a new composite inserted using ultraviolet light to set the filling. Quick and painless. I asked to have my X-ray emailed to me which they did straight away and Heidi brought us back to the hotel and was even kind enough to drop us off at a pharmacy on the way back. I would definitely use this practice again. Clean and efficient and most of all informative every step of the way.

I have to admit that I was nervous picking a doctor without a personal recommendation. (I always want a personal recommendation when I find medical care.) But, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I was only able to go down for a week (and over New Year’s at that). I needed quite a bit of work done, and Dr. Peniche made it happen within my schedule. He called me personally to make sure that he had all the information he needed to have everything ordered and prepared for my short visit. When I arrived everything went like clockwork. Dr. Peniche explained everything to me (both Dr. Peniche and Erica, his assistant, speak English incredibly well) and went over my options. He only wanted to do the work that he could guarantee would be successful. (But, he was able to do everything that I wanted to do while I was there.) The work was done quickly and efficiently. The office is small but clean and super well equipped. I have to say that I was way more impressed with Dr. Peniche’s care than I was with the care I got in the States (which I had been happy with). We hadn’t left yet and were already planning a return visit just to have Dr. Peniche do the last bit of work I need. I know that we don’t know each other, but if you need a personal recommendation, here it is! You won’t regret making an appointment with Dr. Peniche.
