I’ve been to Novusklinik for three visits now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to think going to the dentist would be an unpleasant experience, but I’ve had a very enjoyable experience so far. My teeth look SO MUCH better than they did beforehand. Thank you, guys!

I'm from Australia and was going to Europe so I thought I'd look at places to get dental crowns done. The Whatclinic site threw up some highly rated clinics out of the thousands that are in Turkey. I sent the identical enquiry to 5 clinics. Most responded almost immediately. Some were low priced some were high. One clinic took a look at my teeth and included in the price 10 root canals! This suggested they thought the job was so difficult, that most of the teeth would need to be killed to be able to work on them. İstanbul Diş Akademisi came in at the middle to low priced end, very competitive. The attention to detail and ability to communicate however was very high-end. The person attending to me was Onur, who's English was excellent and his understanding of dental concepts was extensive because his answers were immediate and detailed. We agreed terms. I was taken to the clinic straight from the airport and after x-rays was given a thorough examination. Onur went through the options and explained that my case was a little complicated, which I knew already from decades of mouth/jaw/teeth problems. He explained that my upper jaw had not developed in line with the lower jaw, so a "V" shaped upper jaw sat on a normal "U" shaped lower jaw. This caused unsightly underbites on the SIDES of tooth line along with no overbite at the front. It was an ugly mess in there and I said I wanted to have a normal U on U tooth line with a normal overbite at the front. Onur assured me they would do their best. I though, thought the chances of being able to correct this without jaw surgery or long-term pallet expanders was slim. Well, Onur and his expert team achieved in just four days what could only be described as a miracle. I got exactly what I thought was impossible and without the need for any root canals. İstanbul Diş Akademisi achieved through expert computer design and manufacturing, -their facilities are hyper-modern and state of the art- what I was told in Australia could not be done. Even the uneven gum line was corrected without the need to cut into gums. Apart from their incredible ability, their warmth and customer attention was amazing. There was a real sense of caring and of not just being a number. Payment was simple and instant with Revolut and most of all, un-pressured. It turns out Onur is actually the General Manager and so to have that level of attention speaks volumes for this boutique clinic that is bound to grow in stature and reputation amongst a very crowded marketplace. I consider Onur and his team like family now and would not even think about going anywhere else. If six stars was available they would receive them from me.

He returned me life quality, an excellently professional friendly and credible, the right person I was lucky to meet. I live in Jerusalem. A year ago I was in a course of intensive research to find a suitable treatment for my upper jaw that suffered severe loss of bone, which according to most dentists I have consulted with, required vast sinus lift procedures. I was not ready to enter into such a procedure in my advanced age and my research was focused on specialists dealing with such situations and alternative systems. I inquired a lot and within that I encountered Dr. Baysal, as a potential “candidate” for a deeper check. I was assisted by my son in law Dr. Robert Borgos, who himself is an excellent dentist as well, and I contacted Dr. Baysal via WhatsApp. The correspondence with Dr. Baysal has led me to travel to Istanbul to meet him for getting a closer impression to learn more about his way of working, his personality and his dental clinic. I was impressed by his passion, his personality and professionalism. He explained me about what he called the “ Baysal System”, working with a tool he has developed. More I was impressed by his careful attitude not to recommend a treatment, unless having more CT scan data. He did not rely on what I brought with me. I liked his careful attitude to avoid immediate loading. I felt like he was reluctant about gaining new clients, but was conducted more by giving appropriate advice. I returned to my country and have sent Dr. Baysal new CT scanned according to his requirements. He studied them and recommended me a treatment plan. Dr. Robert and me have started intensive correspondence and talks with Dr. Baysal to learn exactly his treatment plan and get clarifications. At the end of the day I have decided to have the treatment done by Dr. Baysal. I made the operation at his clinic, he was so friendly so his staff and at the end of the day I got 6 implants. After vast bone work I was recommended to return after 4 months. I returned but after taking a ct scan for being more safe we decided not to postpone the final work of bridge and crowns for 2 months later. I came back and got wonderful teeth, a reliable friend, I am happy. Thanks, DR. Baysal and your team.

After a thorough search flew to Istanbul and met several dentists, however, my last appointment was with Dr Aykut and instantly I felt at ease and decided that I would go with Dr Aykut as he was sincere and very clear and honest about my treatment, being a diabetic and heavy smoker who had neglected his dental hygiene, I was advised that chances were 50% of success. I decided to go ahead on Aug 20 with 6 mini implants on my upper jaw and 4 normal implants on my lower jaw, I gave up smoking and controlled my diabetes and on Jan 21 went to get my crowns etc put, I am extremely happy with the treatment and results and would hight recommend DIS 212 to anyone. Dr Aykut, Melek , Maria and the whole team are amazing.

I chose this clinic because they understood my needs and offered a treatment plan within my budget. Staff are excellent as was the treatment I had; highest praise for them. The office and treatment rooms are immaculately clean and bright, the equipment modern. In all, I am very pleased and recommend West Dent for the care and kindness I received.

The transformation has been incredible, and I was initially quite nervous about the process. A special thank you goes to my dentist, Dt. İrem Nur KILINÇ. She was incredibly understanding of my needs, offering comfort and consideration throughout. She and her team worked diligently until I was completely satisfied with my new teeth—I don't think I've stopped smiling since! Additionally, I want to highlight the excellent pain management. Needed to get some dental work done which was going to be very costly at home. We were due to have a holiday in Turkey coincidentally so had heard good things about their dentists. Did a little bit or research on line and found Orhan and the team at PERLA . Right from the word go he was helpful and friendly without being pushy. He went thru the process throughly with recommendations after consulting with their head dentist.. Obviously one can not know exactly what is needed from photos or X-rays but his advice was spot on. And such a smooth process from pick up at airport, accomodation and dental work, to being returned to the airport at the end at a very good price. You don’t need to look any further. These guys are great! Thank you to all the team. Each of you were always so professional, helpful, friendly and patient with our questions.

Overall, my treatment at Umut Dental Antalya was fantastic. I was put at ease and told what was going to happen from walking through the door on the first day. I recently had two crowns fitted by Dr. Kubra Cakir. From start to finish everyone at the clinic was professional but friendly too. I had digital imaging carried out of my whole mouth prior to the procedure. I had to go back a third time only because Dr. Cakir wanted one of my crowns to be slightly altered as would look better. She also advised other treatments I should look into but I didn't feel pressurised at all. There also is a very helpful coordinator called Sarah who translates into English if you do not understand Turkish and is able to give you travel instructions should you require them however I was picked up and taken back to my hotel on my first visit. Overall I would recommend Dent Medica, Dr. Kubra Cakir without hesitation, she is excellent and the costs are very reasonable too as an added bonus!

Awesome dental office! Everyone is so nice! I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Dr Gamze was amazing and very sweet. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable. The office is very cosy and has a great vibe overall! I definitely recommend this office!

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

Dr. Sarai was excellent and her nurse assistant was so compassionate I had upper and lower crowns and the work was not only beautiful and done well, but the whole staff was amazing, knowledgeable and very professional. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely make her my dentist for all future dental needs. The office front desk is personable and welcoming. The whole entire experience was amazing!! I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and all its people. Their knowledge, skill, attention to detail and communication are all first-rate. I began my research into implants in Antalya with a sort of form email enquiry to several clinics. Orthodent's reply impressed me the most, particularly with regard to my reference to a medical condition. They were clearly prepared to talk themselves out of a job by advising against any surgery if I could not meet certain conditions. After getting current information from my doctor here in UK they (and I) were happy to proceed. So I flew out to Antalya to meet them. I was immediately impressed by the spotless, modern premises and courteous and helpful staff. Then I spent more than an hour with both Doctors Cakin, who arranged for Panoramic X-rays and discussed the findings and their advice in clear terms, without the slightest hint of a 'hard sell'. They advised a full All on 6 for the lower jaw, but thought that this would be too risky for the very thin bones in parts of of my upper jaw, and advised me to go for All on 4 there. They began work immediately on the upper jaw, followed 2 days later by the lower. At various stages I thought I could detect a lot of extra time being spent to make sure the tiniest details of the work were being done absolutely precisely. Obviously, a procedure like this isn't 100% pain-free, but it's fair to say that it was very nearly so, with the help of some very effective painkillers. (For anyone having such extensive work, I can heartily recommend a diet of scrambled eggs for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch and dinner.) Once the implants were in my jaws, work began to manufacture and install the temporary crowns. Again, the work was painstakingly precise, and now, 2 weeks later, entirely satisfactory. I was called back for a review after a few days, and again just before I left Antalya, with both doctors present, when they were clearly prepared to spend all the time that was necessary to ensure the work was progressing well (it was), the pain was manageable (I cut the painkillers down to 1 a day by about Day 5, and stopped them altogether by Day 8) and that I understood everything I needed to know about probable progress and oral hygiene and so on (let's hope so). I am due back for the final crowns in perhaps 4 months, though if things continue to go so well I may defer my return to a rather cooler season of the year. I will not have the slightest hesitation about returning to Orthodent. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this, as I already have to the surprising number of relatives and friends and slight acquaintances who have enquired about my experience. This is the place I often go to when I have dental problems. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The doctors are very good at their profession. You should try it. You will be addicted ^^~
