I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

I travelled to the clinic in Istanbul from the UK for treatment which consisted of root canal, a crown, fillings and cleaning. The clinic was nice, the staff were very friendly, they explained the procedures and had expertise in different areas to provide the best level of service. I must say that my expectations were exceeded and I will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future and referring other people too.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. A lifelong victim of prenatal antibiotic teeth yellowing, I also had a mouthful of ugly multicoloured fillings and crowns, one or two of which had become bothersome. Impressed by Dr Baysal's CV and portfolio of satisfied customers, I contacted Cem via Whatclinic and received a super-rapid response via WhatsApp. He patiently fielded my questions over a few days before I took the plunge. I was all in for a full set of zirconium crowns. Once I arrived at the surgery, and following a short trip across the road for 3D scans, Cem identified three infections that would require extractions and implants. I wasn't surprised. It was decided that my two healthy wisdom teeth should be left alone. I was then asked to choose which zirconium I wanted him to use. There are a range of zirconium products that will depend on your budget. I elected to have the high-end KATANA zirconium crowns for their variable translucency and natural look. My teeth were drilled back to the core and temporary crowns fitted. After waiting a few days, the permanent crowns were ready. Next, the extractions were done and the implants were drilled in. A temporary bridge was fitted over the implants and 4 months passed before one final trip to fit crowns and abutments to the implants that were now bonded to the bone and fully healed. There was a degree of sensitivity to the new crowns at the back for several weeks, but this is expected and gradually recedes. Inserting implants is quite invasive and you will likely require anti-inflammatory painkillers for just a few days, which you will be prescribed. I now have a beautiful mouthful of natural-looking white teeth without screaming it out loud like some can. Thanks to the skill and artistry of Dr Cem Baysal, they are perfectly symmetrical. Each tooth is precision-engineered for a perfect fit. Floss slides between each tooth just as it should. No gap is too wide and no gap is too tight. Cem is a perfectionist. He is vastly experienced, highly skilled, and a thoroughly nice guy. If, like me, your priority is to find a skillful dentist who is also an experienced implantologist, then your search ends with this review. Treatment: 28 KATANA zirconium crowns, three extractions, and three implants.

After a thorough search flew to Istanbul and met several dentists, however, my last appointment was with Dr Aykut and instantly I felt at ease and decided that I would go with Dr Aykut as he was sincere and very clear and honest about my treatment, being a diabetic and heavy smoker who had neglected his dental hygiene, I was advised that chances were 50% of success. I decided to go ahead on Aug 20 with 6 mini implants on my upper jaw and 4 normal implants on my lower jaw, I gave up smoking and controlled my diabetes and on Jan 21 went to get my crowns etc put, I am extremely happy with the treatment and results and would hight recommend DIS 212 to anyone. Dr Aykut, Melek , Maria and the whole team are amazing.

Speaking directly via WhatsApp with Dr. Furkan in October, allows me to address any specific questions or concerns I may have had, and it provides a chance to discuss my treatment plan in detail. I made the decision to take risks and have my dental treatment at Nauda BiodentalCare due to this reason. I was apprehensive about having my dental treatment outside of my country. But upon entering the Istanbul airport, my hesitation was gone. Burak, the one who picked us up at the airport, little did he know, his warm and friendly chat gave us a very pleasant impression and put me, in particular, immediately at ease. Although Nauda BioDentalcare is not known for its large clinic or social media presence, I can guarantee that Dr. Furkan and his team are the best option. In October, my comprehensive dental procedure began, which included extraction of wisdom and molar teeth, implant placement, and crown installation. Two weeks ago, the crown was installed as the final touch and the results are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally excellent. The procedure was completed without any issues. My partner and I recently visited the Dent Medica centre from the UK and cannot praise the facilities, staff and entire process highly enough. We would really like to thank Dr Kubra, her Dental Technician, Sarah (overseas client operations manager) and the lovely welcoming reception staff. The process commenced approximately a month before our visit to Bodrum and began with a very friendly and informative remote meeting. All potential treatments and costs were discussed and the booking process was extremely easy. The treatments we had consisted of a crown, filling, and whitening. Collection from our hotel and return journey were arranged at no extra cost. The cleanliness of the centre was second to none and the modern equipment far exceeds many UK dentists. The scan for the crown was completely electronically, sent to a nearby lab where a 3D print was made and ready for fitting two days later. The aforementioned team work so well together, ensuring that you are made to feel at ease and are in expert hands. They are also extremely flexible and will arrange for additional treatments if required on examination. However, I must add that Dr Kubra will only do what is best for the client and will not undertake any unnecessary treatments. If I am to be honest we were a little nervous regarding having dental treatment abroad but I cannot recommend Dent Medica enough and we will definitely return. I have had so many comments regarding my teeth and smile that I find levels of confidence in my appearance returning.
