My first trip to Turkey to have implants and I have to say I'm really impressed. From the very moment I arrived in Turkey, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. My implants have settled really well and I can't wait to go back in 3 months time to have my final fitting for my implants and veneers. I visited Clinic Prime Istanbul recently from the 3rd of March to the 10th of March 2024 for the purpose of having a Hollywood smile. My teeth were in a bad condition but Doctor Gül made my dream come true. He listened to me and explained every step of the process. I have had 28 zirconium crowns placed on top of my shaved teeth and now my smile looks brighter than ever and my gum is healing. Zehra, Ali, and the girls were all very helpful and attentive. I would like to thank them all and I highly recommend this clinic.

We have all our dental treatments done as a family at this clinic. There is a great interest. I was being extremely sensitive about my child's dental treatments. I have 2 children and we needed a good pedodontist for both of my children. He had a few problems with his baby teeth. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy and they took very good care and offered a very good treatment. I was very pleased with the service provided and I had my own implant and zirconium crown treatments done in this clinic. The surgeon's hand is also amazing. I definitely recommend it. It is a well-established team with fairly experienced, highly qualified specialists. Many of the specialists have studied and graduated in Europe. They approach their work in a coordinated and disciplined manner. I'm perfectly satisfied with their work on my tough ones. Value for money can't be beaten! Keep it up West Dent Team!

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

I opted to go with Sam patient services for my dental work & I was not disappointed. My work consisted of 16 implants & 28 crowns. I have not stopped smiling, my new teeth are amazing. I could NEVER have asked for a more perfect outcome than what I had l, EVERYONE in the clinic gave me the hugest Turkish welcome and looked after me. The work done wasn’t easy and yet they together made it a simple journey from my first visit to my last visit. Couldn’t give them more than 5 stars unfortunately.

Upper and lower eye lid surgery. Under local in Istanbul. The staff are absolutely amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. May I say that I am so satisfied with his care and all his work is excellent, I will be back soon. Dr Görkem he’s one amazing surgeon. Miracle worker. So happy.

First, I would like to say that the dental clinic is very clean and all the staff are friendly. Dr. Volkan is kind and competent. He makes sure that the patient is comfortable and feels the least pain possible. I had major dental problems, periodontist with severe teeth decay. Dr. Volkan treated the infection, extracted several teeth and placed the implants. I was ok during the whole process. Also, he explains everything to the patient even while treating your teeth/gum, he makes sure that you are aware of everything. I highly recommend him for any dental work.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I had a previous upper Bleph that left me with scars/indents on my upper Lid. After intensive research, various consultations and even a trip to the USA was mostly told to not undergo another surgery since there was not enough skin to fix the scarring-/ so I was told. Then I found Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic, right after the first video consultation she gave me a calm reassuring feeling. I decided to undergo the revision with her and travelled from Germany to Antalya. Upon meeting her for the consultation she thoroughly explained what she planned on doing and also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went well, she and the Medhera Health team made sure I was taken care of and made me feel at peace doing the procedure. We stayed in constant communication during my stay in Turkey before she removed the suturing. It's been over a week now since the surgery, I'm still healing but I can tell by the suturing that I will barely have any scarring. I cannot thank Dr Elif enough for restoring my eyes and confidence again. Not only is this woman well skilled in her expertise but she actually cares about her patients and exudes that warmth. I am forever grateful to her.

I found Dr Kubra after a few months of searching on internet. I chose her because she had a Ph.D. And I was right. She is knowledgeable and skilful, and most importantly she is passionate about dentistry. I had implant for my entire upper and lower jaws for a good value. I had the Flapless All Six treatment and I was very satisfied with everything. I thank the clinic staff and doctor Çeçen once again from here.

Visited for a serious root canal treatment with Dr. Esra Ulukoylu. Was really nervous but the staff made it so much easier. It was over before I knew it and with way less discomfort than I thought.

I received prompt and good care from a great staff. Rick offered options for my consideration and was very knowledgeable. I shall return when necessary.
