September 2022 Happy smile!! A friend of mine had dental implant work done in Turkey. I always admire her smile, and how amazing it looks and is professionally done. Always dreamt of having a Hollywood smile as I was unhappy with the colour of my teeth and decay which cause me to lose a few through extraction. I like to see things for myself and ask questions about other people's experiences. As each journey differs. My friend told me they provide hotel accommodations, pick me up from the airport to the hotel and each time I am going to the clinics for consultations and treatments. With the reassurance of my friend and seeing the actual dental work, she had done. That was what gave me the drive to have mine done. As I was apprehensive about getting dental treatment done, due to hearing so many sad stories which people experience. Anyway, I decided to go ahead and get in touch with the company. I spoke to a gentleman with eloquent communication who submitted photos of what I would like to be done and he also sends me all the necessary information I would need, for example, a video explaining how and where I would be picked, the hotel reservation all the contact of the people involved beforehand. I showed it to my friend and she said they will deliver just as they say it. Upon arrival at Novusklinik clinic, I was greeted by a team of very warm, welcoming friendly, happy and smiling faces. I was introduced to Dr Sencan and Dr Tiryaki who go beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand what should be the best to do with my teeth and mouth so that I do not have future health risks, the time and effort were given to me explaining the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. I agreed with the advice given to me by the dentist to do all on 4 implants and zirconium crowns which is a two-part process. I am very scared of dentists, especially hearing the sound of the instruments and the pain and discomfort. I was so impressed by the gentle touch of the dentist's hands and reassuring nature. During my visits, I observed that their infection control is of paramount importance and I am very keen on that aspect which I admired most. Also, the place is immaculately clean with breaths of fresh air, relaxation and amazing decor thanks to a phenomenal team that showed professionalism, experience, knowledge and attention to detail. The personal (PA) assistant and front desk staff show consideration, caring, extremely helpful, warm and friendly, hospitality and work well together from the start to finish.Thanks again to the doctors/dentists for the great experience and quality dental restoration on my teeth to boost my smile, and self-confidence and give me a whole new look for the future. I can say I have no regrets. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an experienced dentist who can change your health and well-being, giving you that smile you always wanted. I had a great experience at my dentist Istanbul Dis AKADEMISI, the staff were very friendly and my dental work was pain free and administered with care. It was an unusually pleasant trip to the dentist! I was seen promptly by doctors and nurses, who were both attentive and supportive. Their kind and thoughtful attention were thoroughly professional and reassuring. Thank you all for looking after me so well.

I walked in on Monday 5 September and I did all of my 24 teeth and I fly back to London on Friday 9 September. Doctors and welcoming- 10/10. Painless treatment. Elegant and professional. PRICE IS UNBEATABLE. All in all my life changed in 5 days. I can smile I don’t hide anymore. No matter where ever I live this will be my dental place every time I need them. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. It is always difficult to decide who you will trust to carry out any alterations on your body, let alone when your teeth and smile are concerned! A good friend had researched the many Dental Clinics in Turkey via the internet last year and, as a result, he decided to have his teeth repaired by Dentapoint, in Izmir. He had a total of 26 crowns fit and the results looked amazing! Knowing this gave me the complete confidence to proceed with the repairs and improvements, which I had wanted to get done for many years. I contacted Dentapoint via email and very quickly I was in contact with a representative who informed me of the process, accommodation, timings, prices etc. I sent off photographs of my teeth as requested, and after being given a quote, I quickly made the decision to proceed. I booked flights with Pegasus from London Stansted to Izmir and within a week I was on my way; yes that quick! On arrival at the airport (late evening), I was met and greeted by the private driver and taken directly to the hotel to check-in. The Doubletree Hilton is not only an excellent hotel, but it is very conveniently next door to the recent addition to Datapoint’s’ clinics; they now have three in Izmir. Full instructions were given prior to, and on arrival, as to when I was required to attend the clinic. I was met in the hotel lobby on the morning of Day 1 treatment day by the representative ‘Dogan’ and shown where to go. The staff at the clinic reception were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and this remained the case throughout my visit. After registration, (passport details copied, documentation signed, payment made) I was quickly taken to a booth for the required X-rays and 3D imagery. Then, with no time wasted, I was in the dental chair! Dentapoint Clinic occupies a very modern and extremely clean building and is equipped with the latest in State-of-the-Art technology! The Cosmetic Dentist, Mahmut Boran and his assistant Cansel, are clearly very experienced, very pleasant, and their professional approach to taking care of me quickly added to the confidence; previously established. Dogan was in attendance throughout to assist with translation, and he provided me with useful information on the procedure. My dental work consisted of a complete set of crowns, replacing some real ugly veneers and caps I’d had done over a period of 20+ years. It also included replacing a bridge and gaps with four implants and root fillings. For this amount of work, mainly the implants, it meant I would have to return after a minimum of three months to have the ‘finishing touches’ carried out. The results: SIMPLY AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my ‘new set of gnashers’ and they look very natural. The colour was my choice, I did not want my teeth to look bright white and fake (attracting questions from people) so what was fit matched perfectly to my original vision. I am gradually getting used to smiling confidently again and just love the new look! One thing that must also be stressed in this review is just how sincere, helpful, and friendly the Turkish people are; and this does not just apply to the staff at Dentapoint! Everyone I met during my two visits to Izmir (a total of 11 days) was pleasant and displayed happiness and contentment. The Doubletree Hilton Hotel also deserves credit, and this will be done in a separate review, as the accommodation, food and staff were all way above the average to which I am accustomed to in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world. Finally, and trust me that I would not say this if it was not warranted, if you are thinking about having your smile back then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend Dentapoint, Izmir. The complete package, from start to finish was extremely professional and the result exceeded my expectations! From the moment you get off the plane, you don't have to worry about anything anymore. A driver will be waiting for you at the airport and will take you by limousine to the five-star hotel. On the day of the operation, he will bring you to the clinic, which is a very well-equipped large hospital of a high European standard. A personal assistant will be waiting for you at the entrance to the hospital, will take you through a pre-operative examination and the doctor will then assess your state of health. The operation takes place in an excellently equipped operating room, after the operation you will stay in the hospital in a private room with your own bathroom and television. After discharge from the hospital, your private driver will take you back to your hotel. You will be in contact with a doctor who will invite you for a check-up, of course again transport provided by limousine there and back. Everything works smoothly without the slightest problem, the staff is very friendly, you don't even have to worry about language barriers if you don't dare to speak English, you will get an interpreter in your language. Everything that is needed is included in the agreed price and no extra costs are necessary. The result of the operation completely exceeded my expectations, the scars are almost invisible, and the aesthetic result is absolutely fantastic. Overall I can warmly recommend this clinic to anyone who wishes to change their appearance and enjoy a week of luxury and all this at a very affordable price in a very friendly environment.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I have lost 110 lbs! I love my new lease on life! One year later I feel great, look great and am able to do so much more! I regret nothing and am so glad that I decided to go to medhera health last year! I have had no complications, am off all my medications and am pain free compared to a year ago! Thank you so much! Dr. was always available to answer questions and guided me through the process. Dr. was also available to chat for questions and concerns. I arrived the day before surgery and was picked up by their stuff who spoke perfect English and gave me some tips for after surgery and places to go near the hotel for broth and drinks. The morning of surgery they picked me up at the hotel and took me to get ready for surgery in my private room. My care was as good or better than any care I have received in the States and I was able to have privacy as much as I wanted. I felt secure the entire time and never doubted the expertise of the medical staff.

I had the best experience with a Perla dental starting day 1. All the employees are very accommodating and very respectful. The dentist's are excellent in their job. I have the best result, I am able to smile and show my teeth with confidence now.

Just like to highly recommend Dr Kubra. I attended this clinic via consultations through Sarah who is working with Dr Kubra. Had crowns to be replaced and overcrowding to be rectified. All treatment was first class. Dr Kubra is a highly professional Doctor who listens to your needs and carries out work confidently and with great care. Sarah is a huge asset to that Company also translating and caring for the patients. Also the taxi service very reliable and supplied by this company. Very pleased with end result and will definitely return if any more work is needed. My family also attended there on my recommendation and was impressed and happy with the treatment. I needed dental implants and crowns and Mira was the clinic that came out on top. The clinic is very well equipped and the staff are excellent, professional and friendly. 2 months later I’m still getting used to my new teeth but am getting plenty of positive comments. Can’t wait to go back to complete my treatment and getting all my teeth fitting perfectly before I leave.

I underwent a complex lower jaw surgery at the clinic, specifically aimed at correcting my bite alignment... The precision and care taken by the team were exceptional. The recovery process was well-explained and supported by the clinic's staff. I'm now in the final stages of healing, and the improvement in my bite function and appearance is remarkable.
