I have been to see numerous dentists over the past 2 years as I felt extremely underconfident and wanted to feel better in myself, all I got offered however was a denture which constantly caused discomfort and did not fit correctly. I didn't feel as if the dentists I had been to see had my best interests at heart and I was constantly experiencing problems. This has had a detrimental effect on my self-esteem and I felt at rock bottom until Dr Sabri agreed to help me. He offered me several different treatment options and I decided to go ahead with the bridgework on my upper jaw. The team at Novusklinik made me feel at ease and I have been today to have my bridgework fitted and I cannot begin to explain how ecstatic I am with the work and how much of a difference it has made to my life. It is always difficult to decide who you will trust to carry out any alterations on your body, let alone when your teeth and smile are concerned! A good friend had researched the many Dental Clinics in Turkey via the internet last year and, as a result, he decided to have his teeth repaired by Dentapoint, in Izmir. He had a total of 26 crowns fit and the results looked amazing! Knowing this gave me the complete confidence to proceed with the repairs and improvements, which I had wanted to get done for many years. I contacted Dentapoint via email and very quickly I was in contact with a representative who informed me of the process, accommodation, timings, prices etc. I sent off photographs of my teeth as requested, and after being given a quote, I quickly made the decision to proceed. I booked flights with Pegasus from London Stansted to Izmir and within a week I was on my way; yes that quick! On arrival at the airport (late evening), I was met and greeted by the private driver and taken directly to the hotel to check in. The Doubletree Hilton is not only an excellent hotel, but it is very conveniently next door to the recent addition to Datapoint’s’ clinics; they now have three in Izmir. Full instructions were given prior to, and on arrival, as to when I was required to attend the clinic. I was met in the hotel lobby on the morning of Day 1 treatment day by the representative ‘Dogan’ and shown where to go. The staff at the clinic reception were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and this remained the case throughout my visit. After registration, (passport details copied, documentation signed, payment made) I was quickly taken to a booth for the required X-rays and 3D imagery. Then, with no time wasted, I was in the dental chair! Dentapoint Clinic occupies a very modern and extremely clean building and is equipped with the latest in State-of-the-Art technology! The Cosmetic Dentist, Mahmut Boran and his assistant Cansel, are clearly very experienced, very pleasant, and their professional approach to taking care of me quickly added to the confidence; previously established. Dogan was in attendance throughout to assist with translation, and he provided me with useful information on the procedure. My dental work consisted of a complete set of crowns, replacing some real ugly veneers and caps I’d had done over a period of 20+ years. It also included replacing a bridge and gaps with four implants and root fillings. For this amount of work, mainly the implants, it meant I would have to return after a minimum of three months to have the ‘finishing touches’ carried out. The results: SIMPLY AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my ‘new set of gnashers’ and they look very natural. The colour was my choice, I did not want my teeth to look bright white and fake (attracting questions from people) so what was fit matched perfectly to my original vision. I am gradually getting used to smiling confidently again and just love the new look! One thing that must also be stressed in this review is just how sincere, helpful, and friendly the Turkish people are; and this does not just apply to the staff at Dentapoint! Everyone I met during my two visits to Izmir (a total of 11 days) was pleasant and displayed happiness and contentment. The Doubletree Hilton Hotel also deserves credit, and this will be done in a separate review, as the accommodation, food and staff were all way above the average to which I am accustomed to in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world. Finally, and trust me that I would not say this if it was not warranted, if you are thinking about having your smile back then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend Dentapoint, Izmir. The complete package, from start to finish was extremely professional and the result exceeded my expectations! On a personal note, to Dentapoint: Please keep up the good work and don’t lose that friendliness and charm you all have, it is a quality that should be envied by many!

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

Though I have no other dental implant story to compare with, I am quite happy with my new teeth. For years I tolerated bad/missing teeth. The costs in California were crazy. I was quoted $60,000 for the same work I had done at Focus dental for a fifth of the cost including airfare. Sure, it was a challenge to have my few remaining teeth removed yet within a couple of days I was pain free with teeth that looked and felt great. On the return trip to get my permanent teeth everything went very smoothly. My zirconia teeth allow me to eat foods that I hadn’t dared to eat for years. I highly recommend Focus dental. They have top of the line equipment and an amazing depth of knowledge in dentistry and implants. Not only did they restore health to my mouth yet also allowed us to have a great experience in Bodrum, Turkey

My experience at Dis 212 was second to none. I am extremely happy with the expertise, compassion and support that this great team provided me. I chose this clinic on the basis of reviews and also because of a prompt response to my enquiry. I was made very welcome, in a facility modern and comfortable. I had 7 crowns and one extraction, the cost of which was a fraction of that charged in the UK. In addition, airport transfer was provided by Dis 212.

Upon the advice of my friend who lives in Istanbul, I was treated at Dr Clinik Hospital for dental scaling and care. When the process is over I decide to do the Hollywood Smile operation as per the doctor's advice. I had little pain during the operation, but it was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I have just returned from Turkey after finishing my treatment for all on four implants. I have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved in my time there and my treatment. After looking into implant surgery in Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey, I narrowed it down to Perla located in Antalya. I spoke to dozens of Coordinators from all over the world and I can honestly say that my choice was due to the prompt, efficient and informative service I received even before arriving in Turkey. My Coordinator was incredibly accommodating, always got back to me, and built a rapport with me where I felt I could put all of my trust into Perla for my treatment. As a US citizen and nurse, I was skeptical, at first, to go to another country for my dental work, but am so grateful I did. Everything from the drivers who provided the transportation from the airport and to and from the clinic, the in-person consultation, the treatment plan and the communication were second to none and my Coordinator was there through it all. I had a total dental makeover which included 14 extractions and 12 implants just a month ago and will be returning for my permanent teeth, a total of 24 zirconium crowns, in just a few months. My surgery took about 5 hours and they do offer sedation or general anesthesia. I opted for sedation as I have severe dental phobia. They called in a nurse anesthetist for the following day after my initial in-person consultation who made me feel completely as ease and I remember nothing about the surgery. The cost was about $10,500, significantly less than the $80,000 I was quoted here in the US. The cost also included hotel accommodations for both trips and all transportation. Additionally, Perla only required partial payment upon my first appointment, in person, and the remainder upon completion when I return. Whereas, most clinics wanted payment before I even boarded the plane. My Coordinator made all of the arrangements for airport pick up and hotel accommodations for my aunt and I who was coming with me for support and was available at all times throughout my stay. They allowed my aunt to be in the room with me until I was asleep and then invited her to their incredible staff lunch while my surgery was being performed...just simply amazing. The surgeon chose to give me fixed temporary teeth while in the healing stage for the next few months. The picture shows my temporaries fixed to 4 of the 7 top implants and 2 of the bottom 5 implants. The spaces shown in the after picture will have teeth once I return for the permanent. I give Perla a 5 out 5 for giving me a smile I am so incredibly proud to have with even just my temporary teeth and recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, safe and exceptional dental care.

Would 100% recommend VK smile. From start to finish they was absolutely amazing. Picked us up from the airport, sorted our hotel and picked us up the next morning to go to the clinic. Very welcoming on arrival and always made sure you had plenty to drink. Everyone is so helpful. We couldn’t be happier with the services and treatment we received from Dr Kubra and the team. We were feeling skeptical at first, but our worries were completely put aside when we arrived at the exceptionally clean clinic. We are very impressed with the technical equipment they have and also the friendly staff too. The treatments went very well, they know what they’re doing! My husband was need a lot of dental work done and dentists in Ireland and UK were wanting to extract his tooth. What a relief to find out that Dr Kubra was able to save the tooth with root canal and a crown - removing the need for a future implant. He also had an abscess in his tooth which had to be treated on. But Dr Kubra and the team were very cooperative and flexible with appointment times, to ensure all the work was completed before we went home. Would highly recommend their services.

I went to Kent to have two white fillings done as well as a scale and polish. The facilities available are quite impressive, and I has given a x-ray as part of the free consultation before being given a written, costed treatment plan to accept or decline. I was apprehensive about seeking treatment abroad, but my translator, Atakan, was very informative and helpful in the lead-up to the appointment. Dr Akdereli completed the work. Unfortunately for me, the cleaning revealed further signs of decay on other teeth, which were previously hidden by plaque build-up. I was shown the areas of decay using a camera. He then offered to stick to the original treatment plan, complete all the fillings I needed on one side, or complete all on both sides for which I would need to pay the difference. I opted to have fillings completed on one side of my mouth so I wouldn’t be numb from anaesthetic across my whole face. Dr Akdereli completed the three fillings within half a hour with no pain except for one tooth where I experienced some discomfort due to the depth of the filling, which is to be expected. No visit to the dentist is ever a positive experience for me as I am an incredibly nervous patient, but I had a substantial amount of work done with minimal pain, and made a large saving compared to the UK. They even price-matched my dental clinic at home with the cost of the polish, as this was originally more expensive here. What would improve my experience realistically would be being informed of what stage of the treatment is taking place by the dentist whilst undergoing treatment. After 20 minutes, I was under the impression I was still having the first filling done, which made me panic. Dr Akdereli reassured me through our translator at this point that he was about to complete the last filling, to my pleasant surprise. He even spoke to me briefly in German, which I can speak partially to lighten the mood. I left the appointment feeling quite stunned - something which is normal for me if I have anything beyond a small filling done - Atakan sat with me in the sun until I had composed myself after the appointment. Whilst I didn’t travel to Istanbul specifically to have dental work done, I would consider returning to Kent in the future. My only hope is that the fillings last a substantial period of time, as I am writing this five days after the appointment. I have no pain in any of the teeth, the fillings are the right height, and I only have minor sensitivity to cold which is to be expected for a couple of weeks. All things considered, this was a generally positive experience.
