I don’t normally write reviews, but I would like to thank the team at NovusKlinic for an incredible experience. They provided 72-hour implants and a full mouth and teeth transformation, and the results have been amazing. If I had known how I would feel and how easy the transformation would be, I would have done this years ago.

I’m so happy with my new smile, the way my face looks with my new teeth, and the entire process. Special thanks to Dr. Gulsah, a true perfectionist; Dr. Eliz, a skilled professional with a warm smile; and Dr. Dogan, a surgeon with magic hands.

The staff were also wonderful. Emine, with her constant smile and helpful nature (you can’t miss her, she always likes to wear black); Jihad, who assists the moment you arrive at the clinic and is always ready to help; Mohamed, a recent addition to the team who is a true gentleman and skilled in many languages; and Nazmiye, whose tea and coffee are always warm and served with love.

I’m extremely happy with my teeth; this entire journey has been a true transformation. The staff and doctors are truly amazing!

After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva.

Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed.

I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.

I went to this clinic through a reference from my friend and physician residing in Turkey. After my arrival at the clinic they made a thorough evaluation and that was a wonderful one.

Novus dental clinic is exceptionally clean, staff are so humble and charming. The procedure is quite safe, hygienic and comfortable. I went through all the steps quite comfortably and without even a minor pain. They did it perfectly my implant. Had it not been at Novus I can’t imagine my implant somewhere else. I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation.

Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service.

After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long.

The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way.

The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands.
