I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

I travelled from the UK and was very apprehensive about the whole upcoming experience, and I was going into the unknown. When I arrived I was still nervous, but after the first meeting, I was at ease and after the second day of treatment totally at ease. The standard of work is outstanding and the teamwork tirelessly ensures the quality is good. I have just arrived back in the UK and friends can't believe that what I have are temporary teeth. I work in the medical industry so I would not recommend it lightly, but on this occasion, I am recommending Dis212. I had an incredible team with the dental team and staff at Nauda BioDentalCare. I experienced almost no pain while getting 3 root canal treatments and getting 3 new zirconia crowns in two days. I also got a teeth whitening procedure done in a few days. The staff was communicative, healthy, and incredibly supportive, and the aftercare was very hospitable. Excellent and will definitely be coming back!

I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.

Simply the best in Istanbul! I did an implant, cleaning and crown installation. The price didn’t change (most clinics do that).
