We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

All good news when it comes to this clinic. The staff were friendly. Scheduling was a breeze. Dr. Leonardo was very professional and I'm so happy with the results of my implants. I should mention the cost was extremely affordable.

I was wearing full dentures for three months after losing all of my teeth, but I couldn't get used to them, so I started considering getting implant-supported fixed dentures, so I wouldn't have to take them out and could eat and look better. As I was planning a business trip to Istanbul, I began looking for a doctor who specialises in prosthodontics when I discovered Uzmanlar Dental Clinic. I received a free online consultation in which we discussed how many implants I needed and how long the treatment would take. They recommended a few nice hotels, and I booked my hotel and flight. They helped me with getting from Sabiha Gokcen airport in Istanbul to my hotel. Dr. Kodan placed 12 implants in total. I was completely numb and didn't feel any pain or discomfort. After one week in Istanbul, he gave me temporary teeth that were very comfortable and aesthetic, allowing me to eat normally and continue my social life during the three months it will take for implants to be integrated into my bone. After a week, I left Turkey for the UK, returning three months later to receive my final prostheses. They planned my smile makeover digitally and we had some tryouts; the entire treatment was completed after a week, and I'm very pleased with the results. I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.
