I am giving a superb rating because I have only had positive experiences with my beloved dentist Thelma at Prisma. I do Love that office and wish them well forever!

Many years ago (I wish I could remember how many but maybe 7) my husband and I saw Dr Leonardo Vasquez - crowns and bridges for both of us. We had been recommended to see him with a good friend. Absolutely brilliant work. Hoping to get down again for a check-up.

The best doctor ever, no pain at all. Wish him all the best in his career path.

Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. Additionally, he was able to work with my schedule and fit several appointments in timely. A very happy patient and plan on returning -- even when not working in Jordan

I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. His English is far better than mine! Highly recommend. He is an amazing clinician that deserves much praise. .Thank you again so much Dr. Rosales!

Dr. Jacobson, I have to tell you that I have waited close to 50+ years to find a dentist I can say I have no fear towards and whom I absolutely adore, and that dentist is YOU. I needed 2 fillings and you worked on me gently and were amazing. You made me feel comfortable and I never felt a thing. You put me at ease, and your ladies who work alongside you are incredible. A welcoming, friendly and highly skilled staff. Dr Laura was very reassuring, kind and professional. The clinic was comfortable and clean, the quality of service was higher than I've experienced in the UK. I had a zirconia tooth implant and three fillings. The procedures caused very minimal pain and I felt calm, this was refreshing after poor previous experiences with dentists. I highly recommend this Dental clinic.

Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. My entire family will be scheduling all of our appointments to get our dental work done with them, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services in Panama City!

Dr. Dimitrov is an extremely great specialist, after his intervention my smile is now brilliant. He cured 2 of my teeth, cleaned my teeth and whitened my teeth.

In life you have the opportunity to meet phenomenal people, whether they are musicians, craftsman or in this case a dentist. From my initial contact I was impressed with Dr. Reyes. After I e-mailed her she called me twice to discuss my treatment options. She was patient and explained the treatment alternatives in terms that I could easily understand. On my first visit she determined that I needed eight (8) implants, a root canal, numerous crowns and that my vertical dimension needed to be increased. Dr Reyes told me I would need to make three (3) trips to Bogota for treatment. To date I have completed two (2) of the trips. Essentially she is reconstructing my mouth. I was missing multiple teeth, and had badly worn teeth due to teeth grinding. I have never met a clinician who is so in tune with a patients needs. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she by all accounts is an artisan when it comes to dentistry. I have never known a dentist who has paid this much attention to the smallest of details. Her chair side manner is something I have never experienced. I have spent many hours in her office and have never felt rushed, never felt like I was just another client. Rather the treatment has always been very comfortable with a feeling of genuine importance to her. Her office is impeccably clean, her staff are beyond polite and Dr. Reyes speaks very good English this was important because my Spanish is very limited. Whatever you know about dentistry in the States, leave at the door. The treatment I received here is far beyond any treatment I have ever had in the USA. I cannot compliment this clinic enough, I really have no words. My teeth to date look absolutely amazing, she has changed my life. Beyond the treatment Dr. Reyes is a great resource for local Colombian cuisine, culture ECT. I won't go into the cost, but the savings are substantial. My final thoughts. Dr. Reyes is a rare find in the world of medical/dental practitioners. I feel very fortunate to have found such a capable professional, who truly cares about the quality of her work as well as the welfare of her patients! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

It was a bit scary going to an unknown clinic in an unknown country for treatment. But as soon as the dentist started working, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
