They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling.

It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays.

I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it.

But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

I needed an emergency root canal (first stage) to relieve me of a severe toothache. I emailed in the middle of the night and had a response first thing in the morning. I was squeezed in and seen quickly that morning before early closing.

Excellent. Dr Preiss relieved me of severe pain. Gave me a standby prescription for antibiotics. He communicated with me later that day and followed up the next day with a call. I couldn't have asked for more, totally satisfied with my experience.

Dr Ilan and his assistant are excellent! They always make sure that you're doing well while they work on your teeth. Another bonus, I did not even feel a thing during the procedure! First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Preiss for giving me back my smile.
Dr. Preiss is a true professional in his field, very organised, explains very clearly (in his beautiful British English accent) and will answer all questions patiently until you understand. When he is working on your teeth, he is a perfectionist, and a kind of an artist, just so you can have the most beautiful smile!
He is also sincere, warm and has a sense of humour that will make you feel relaxed.

What I respect most about him is how he tries to search for the least invasive procedure to achieve the result. In cosmetic dentistry, one is always afraid that the suggested procedure may be unnecessary. I didn’t feel presurred at all when deciding on the procedure.

I went to the office only 3 times, and each time the result was beyond my expectation. Let me also add that it wasn’t painful at all. I couldn’t wait to see how great the final result would be, which turned out to be true. My husband was so impressed with my result that he is also considering doing the whitening.

If you are skeptical or worried about improving your smile, please just come to consult with him. He really solved my problem for now, and if I will need any maintenance. I have all my confidence in Dr. Preiss to help me keep this beautiful smile.

Very professional and fair.

My 16 year old daughter lost her retainer while on a month-long trip with her youth group. She needed a new impression and retainer made. Since her group was traveling around the country, we needed to coordinate an appointment with the clinic on the day when her group was staying nearby in Netanya. They were able to see her and make a new impression, and the retainer was made on site in under an hour. She was able to pay by credit card and we feel the price charged was reasonable.

Dr Ilan Priess was very responsive and helpful. I also needed to coordinate the clinic visit with the field personnel supervising my daughter's group, who we relied upon to transport her to/from the clinic. This involved a lot of back and forth communication between myself (from the US), the group personnel in Israel, and Dr Priess. He was very helpful and patient throughout this process, and very flexible in offering to make room for her treatment whenever we could get her there. Dr Pries was ultimately out of town on the day she could come, but he arranged for his partner to see her.

My daughter reported that everyone she met at the clinic was very friendly, spoke excellent English (her Hebrew is limited) and she was very pleased with how they took care of her. She was especially pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to make her retainer. We are very pleased with the treatment provided and would recommend this clinic to others.

Dr. Preiss has a warm demeanor and is so nice that he makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease, which can be a challenge for many of us when we have dental work! I was amazed that I barely felt any pain while he was filling my cavities. He is also extremely thorough- hands down the most thorough dentist I have ever been to. His cleanings are intensive. He takes pictures in addition to Xrays. He also spends a lot of time explaining in detail if you have any issues. I got composite veneers recently and I am absolutely thrilled with them!! I had bonding previously, and this looks infinitely better!! I feel like I have a whole new smile! From his friendliness to his aesthetic to the time & care he provides, I couldn't recommend Dr. Preiss more highly!!

I was interested in clear braces to fix my teeth and somehow through internet I reached UDENTAL. This was my first visit for a first opinion.
Dr. Ilan Preiss BCHD is extremely pleasant, polite and courteous. I was amazed at how nice and knowledgeable he is.
I was given all due explanations and all options together with approximate cost, which is more or less the same everywhere.
Just by looking at his smile, you know that he knows what he is talking about!
One more plus :
Whitening is cheaper than at some of the medical insurances in Israel...
