I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. Attended my first assessment this morning regarding a consultation for 2 implants.Very informative and the explanation of the procedure was clear.

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! Thank you to everyone at Cathedral Road Dentist for an unforgettable experience! I wish I could give you 10 stars and a trophy!

All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

Although a bit out of appointment time I was treated very nicely and was told a problem I have as expertly as known. I am a nervous patient but am always made to feel calm and reassured.

I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!
