I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I want to write an honest review as I have been through the mill finding a dentist in Brighton. With 8 weeks until my wedding, I decided to replace my four front teeth (yes, very late, too late if anything), fixing an old crown and other cosmetic changes. With the risk vs reward being huge, I began searching around.. after having paid consultations with many dental practices I was at a loss, struggling to find a dentist I had confidence in. Hangleton dentil practice was meant to be just another enquiry on the list. However.. Upon my initial consultation, it all changed, I was met with professionalism and a personable service.. So I took the jump. Throughout my dental work, the practice has provided service, timelines and support that went beyond any expectation. Quite simply, they have given me a wedding-worthy smile, and if that is not enough of a recommendation, I don’t know what is. I write this review in the hope to not only help those in a similar position but also as a massive thank you to the team - in particular Dr. Rosario & Dr Rahul.
