I would just like to thank the friendliest team at Dr Ubhi's. You welcomed me like you had known me forever, which is very much needed when you're a nervous patient like me. And I would mostly like to thank Dr Adam Glassford who has to be one of the best cosmetic dentists around. He made my visit to have Veneers so simple and relaxing, and they look absolutely fantastic. It was the best decision I have made visiting Dr Ubhi's, and I am glad to have met this fantastic team.

I went to see Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis at Forest and Ray as I was having complex problems with some upper teeth, including a front tooth, a difficult situation for anyone! I am extremely grateful to Dr Nikolaos who was a marvel; he went the extra mile for me as a dentist who wants the best possible outcome for his patient’s health, at the same time incorporating high technical ability with cosmetic expertise. I can safely say that Dr Nikolaos excels in all these areas, his wealth of experience and long service to the practice speak for themselves, and he is a real professional. He digs deep to do the best he can with any of your dental problems. He has helped me in so many ways to overcome my fears and complexes in relation to my teeth. I’m aware that I can be a difficult and fussy patient to deal with and Dr Nikolaos has managed to help with my issues in a calm and professional manner. So, if you are thinking of a dentist who incorporates technical excellence with integrity, and also extremely importantly, a sympathetic response to difficulties that can seem overwhelming, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nikolaos and his excellent team. You will find that all their suggestions for your treatment are based on a genuine desire to help you in every possible way, as I did!

Every appointment I’ve had so far at Waterside has been a happy and positive experience. All staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone - and have done so.

I came in with a chipped tooth on Tuesday and it was fixed by lunchtime Friday, with friendly helpful staff what more could you ask for. My tooth looks great and I highly recommend.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I was so frightened of dentists that I avoided going for many years. Due to the care and support of the staff here, on a year I have gone from being someone who had to leave the room when anyone mentioned dentists or teeth, to someone who can actually attend appointments. The staff are kind and supportive, right from reception onwards. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment to start, which really helps if you’re nervous. They’re gentle, encouraging and patient. I’m so glad I found this practice.

I have to say Dr Rez is the coolest most down to Earth dentist I have ever met. When am there I feel most relaxed and at home. The staff is very welcoming, the atmosphere is so soothing. It makes you feel so relaxed like you on vacation listening to all your favourite music I mean real good music like James brown it makes you want to get up dance, sing your heart out. I have to say if you in Liverpool that’s the dentist you should see and they are very good. My teeth, I don’t want to stop smiling thank you all.

I reconnected with Fariba Younes after she stopped working in Solihull. I have found her treatment towards patients both caring and professional, always ensuring her work is of the highest quality. Because I am elderly, 80+, and diabetic, it is important to me to keep as many of my own teeth as possible, and Fariba sympathises with that philosophy. Fariba recently built up a broken tooth so as to stabilise a small denture which had lost its anchor. The embarrassment of a loose denture cannot be overstressed and this has been remedied by her expertise and dedication. A price worth paying? When faced with such a problem the cost of treatment is well worth it. After all, expertise like hers should be rewarded. I will recommend Fariba to anyone who asks me for an excellent dental surgeon for treatment from scale and polish to implants. She is the best dentist I have had in 80 years!
