After many years of excellent service from our previous Dentist who decided to retire, we had to find a new practice which was no easy task bearing in mind I am a very nervous patient.

After looking at various websites we decided to try Cherwell Heights Practice, then following our 1st visit last week we were not disappointed and were very satisfied with Edvina and the team at Cherwell Heights. The welcome was very warm and professional approach and the high level of service continued with the hygienist and the consultation with Edvina. The main focus is you as a patient and fulfilling your needs and requirements.

I required lots of work to be completed but nothing was in any way daunting, painful or frightening and in fact I ended up finding my visits relaxing. Edvina has a very special skill in making you feel relaxed and I immediately trusted her to work on my teeth. I am now very proud of my smile, something I never thought I would be able to say again. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt safe and like I mattered, I had not been to a dentist for about 20 years due to my anxiety. But I was made to feel welcome and not judged. Time was taken to make sure I knew what was happening at all times.
