The experience was better than expected. The dentist I had spoke very little English which there were other assistants to help translate. I had a crown done. It looks looks great. Of course process is painful. They tried their best to make me relax & even put more freezing in.

Dr. Melisa Meneses and Dr. Adriana Rios Aguirre were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had a complete set of crowns put on with Dr. Meneses and she helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth, explained what needed to be done and provided valuable advice and recommendations. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr Adriana Rios Aguirre did my teeth cleanings and was very thorough, informative, very patient and highly skilled. Highly recommend them both! I don't usually gush, but I can not say enough about this clinic!

It was my first time using dental services outside the U.S. and it could not have been a better experience...

Erika responded to my emails quickly, clearly and kindly, and they were able to get me in on very short notice. The office was delightfully calm, immaculately clean and had cutting-edge equipment.

I needed a complicated root canal, and Dra. Meneses did a thorough exam, then explained everything clearly in English. I'd honestly never had a dentist at home explain my options and possible complications so thoroughly.

As expected and explained, we did run into some problems with my nerve on the first day. Instead of just powering through and being done with me, she decided to give my tooth a break and book me back in the next day... for no extra charge!

The next day, one of my roots was just not filling well (calcification built up from years of tooth damage, also warned about ahead of time). Dra. Meneses took lots of extra time to not just get it "good enough" but to get it PERFECT. She clearly cared so much about my comfort and the quality of her work.

From start to finish I felt VERY well looked after, and while a root canal isn't fun for anyone, Dra. Meneses and her staff made it as pleasant as I can imagine. As a bonus, the cost was a fraction of what I would pay back home, and I easily saved enough to cover all the costs of my trip, and then some. I really can't recommend them enough!

I have been going to the dentist since I was 8 because of pneumonia at 5 when I was treated with an antibiotic. It damaged my permanent teeth. I explained to Melisa that my mouth has PTSD. I have been to dentists in 9 countries, including Thailand. No one compares to the excellence of Melisa Meneses.

Her needles are high gauge. Her chair is comfortable enough to make love in.
Her English is good. She is brilliant AND gorgeous. Her work was carried out swiftly over a few days. 5 zirconium crowns, 1 bridge, 2 cavities. Extraordinary. Her English-speaking front desk woman is first-class and constantly helpful.

Her assistant is totally attentive. She takes debit cards.

We visited DentalEstetic off of a visiting cruise ship. My husband had fallen and chipped his two front teeth! He got two white fillings and we both got our teeth cleaned. A driver picked us up and dropped us back off at the pier. The facility was clean, the equipment modern, and the staff very friendly. In short order, my husband’s teeth were repaired and looked great! I wish that I could add a photo. Cost was VERY affordable and we tipped the driver $10 USD. We would gladly use DentalEstetic again!

I came to see Dra. Meneses to obtain a mouth guard for sleep. I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. I had to wait a little bit as the doctor was running late with a patient but the receptionist kindly let me know and told me it would not be long. Dra. Meneses is very friendly and professional. I had a mould taken on Tuesday and my mouth guard was ready on Thursday. I am very happy with the service and would come back again.

We didn’t see Dr. Melisa, but my husband and I saw 2 other dentists in the clinic for checkups and cleaning.

A thorough job was done quickly. Our checkups indicated no immediate problems, but we were advised of future issues that might need treatment through the English skills of the friendly receptionist who translated for the doctors.

We will be back again next year. Appreciate the round-trip taxi ride from our hotel.

Melisa has been a treasure. Thorough, honest and knows what she’s doing. A complicated bone graft from Canada that had gone sideways has been dealt with by her and fixed. Her staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic.

Teeth cleaning & check up. Efficient thorough service & at 600 pesos. A great deal. They even picked us up at our Hotel. We will be back!
