I had a complete set of crowns put on with Dr. Meneses and she helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth, explained what needed to be done and provided valuable advice and recommendations. This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

I was very sceptical about having dental treatment overseas, However, after coming across Dent Adavista on IG and reading the positive reviews I decided to take the plunge and arranged an initial consultation. I was greeted by the beautiful Dr Ozge and a member of her team. She first asked me what treatment I was considering and my desired smile. After patiently listening to me, she presented me with several possible options but made me fully aware that without a tomography and thorough examination to detect any infections, cavities bone density test etc, only then would a confirmed treatment plan be offered to me. I felt confident after the consultation that I had chosen the right clinic. This clinic isn't all about the aesthetics. They care about their patients and want to make you aware of any underlying issues that need to be addressed before any cosmetic work can be done. Roll on 6 weeks later, I was chauffeur driven from my hotel to this beautiful 'non-scary' clinic. If you are scared of a dentist you'll know what I mean. On entering the clinic, I instantly felt at ease with the cleanliness, sterile environment, yet comfortable surroundings and the warm greeting by all the team. After my examination and scans, any areas of concern were identified and shown to me on screen. After the extended consultation, my optional treatment plans were presented to me in detail. I opted for 6 implants and Zirconium crowns on the remainder of the teeth. A few days later I was in surgery having the implants fitted. To ensure I felt comfortable and reassured, Ayse 'The Patient Relations Manager' was present before, during and after surgery. DD Giray, the Surgeon was brilliant and explained every time he completed and moved on to the next stage of the operation. I'll admit I was tense throughout, which is to be expected, but the only pain I felt for a few seconds was the injections. The aftercare was impeccable. After surgery, I waited in the lounge area to ensure there were no adverse effects. I was also given an ice pack and advised to apply it every 10 minutes for the next 4 hours. I was chauffeur-driven back to my hotel by the lovely John, who en route collected my medication. Ayse checked on me during that said evening and the following morning to make sure I was OK. On arrival back to the UK, the aftercare checks continued. Ayse was always available to answer any questions. 4 months later I returned to complete my treatment. Dr Ozge, was thorough, yet gentle, reassuring me again every step of the way. I have very sensitive teeth, so whilst filing my teeth, she did her best to try not to aggravate the sensitivity. I was fitted with temporaries a few times whilst my permanents were being tweaked. She helped me choose the best shade for my skin tone. I've lost count of how many times she said 'bite, smile, swallow' LOL She just wanted me to have that perfect smile which I can honestly say I have achieved today because of Dr Ozge and the Dent Adavista Team. I won't disclose what I paid, but the same treatment would have been 70% more in the UK. Thank you Dent Adavista I can smile again with confidence.

Dr Hernandez was so helpful and gentle and willing to go slow when I needed it. It is so rare for me to feel safe and trusting of a dentist and to have Dr Hernandez explain so clearly what I needed and why and show me what he was seeing, what he was concerned about now vs what to keep an eye on for the future was so reassuring. I ended up getting my upper wisdom teeth taken out and it went better than I thought it could. We will certainly be returning to PV to get his help again from California.

I received 3 replacement crowns and my wife and I both had our teeth whitened with this very professional and modern dental office. We had different dentists and both were knowledgeable, friendly and spoke good English. The dental assistants and front desk staff were very helpful and WhatsApp communication was truly fantastic. Dental Arts, is a no nonsense place to have dental work done! They are very professional and a really nice office, waiting room, and up to date practice room. I had an extraction and a new lower partial made. I have not received the new partial yet, I expect it to fit well. So far everything has been above expectations.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!
