Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I underwent surgical treatment to remove excess skin above my eyelids. Yes, I think all in all and given the quality of the service I do think it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was the most responsive of those that I contacted, and it gave me a very positive impression on my first visit/consultation. I travelled to Allmedica, Nowy Targ Poland on the 28th of July 2024 from Scotland for a full knee replacement and a week stay. I found everyone to be so friendly and helpful from the first time I contacted the clinic to when I arrived in Poland. Oscar our guide was there to meet me off the plane and was very professional in organising all my appointments with my surgeon, nurses, physio and everyone involved. I found the hospital to be spotlessly clean and all staff very professional and caring. From the moment I went to my consultation and met Michelle and Mr Oudit, I knew that I wanted my surgery with My Cosmetic Clinic.
