I came to vanity in Istanbul from England and my whole journey has been amazing! From the beautiful hotel I was put up in right down to the transport driver. I was made to feel so welcome as soon as I landed. I had no problem with the language barrier either and any queries I had were answered. I would definitely return for more treatments in the future.

Overall very surprised with the level of professionalism with the experience. I was put in a group chat with multiple people who I can reach out to and stay in touch with during the process. The doctor was beyond friendly and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing with my face. The whole team was very welcoming and very prompt in responding to messages. From the personal drivers to the assistants, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Glad I picked this doctor and I recommend him and his team!

I had a rhinoplasty in October 2023. I came from Canada! I was so nervous going by myself, but Gorkem Atsal’s team really reassured me. The medical staff and hotel staff were so welcoming and so nice! It has been 5 months since my surgery, and I’m happy with the results so far!

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I'm 51 years old and I'm glad that I finally had a rhinoplasty surgery by Dr. Ferhat one week ago. I was really nervous for the surgery, but the doctor told me not to worry. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came to Mac's clinic for Ear correction I was very nervous as I suffer from anxiety. 

Mr Vadodaria and his team were so caring and comforting throughout my surgery I almost felt like I had my family with me. 

I am now post opp I have received phone calls making sure I’m not in pain and reassuring that they are there for me if I need anything. 

My ears are now perfect I have the results I was looking for.

Could not recommend Dr.Quaba Snr enough. I had a mastopexy and small implant carried out in one surgery as only wanted to undergo one anaesthetic. I only wish I had done this years ago. My friends all say they are the most natural-looking breasts and I couldnt agree more, both in look and touch. An absolutely first-class surgeon who really understands you as a patient and understands exactly what you are looking for.

I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately. Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great. And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation. As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.

Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery. After I spoke to Dr Rosell during my Lipedema consultation I knew he was the one I wanted operating on me. I had a few other consultations prior, however Dr. Rosell had something special the other doctors could not offer. Not only did “it feel right”, his speciality in Lipedema combined with his artistry and confidence, makes him stand apart from the others. The team Dr. Rosell is a part of at IM Clinic is something special. The experience is immensely different than having a surgery at a hospital. Every member of Dr. Ivan Mañero’s team I came in contact with worked with pride and genuinely wanted to ensure their patients were comfortable and progressing. As a native English speaker, most staff members are able to understand if not speak English which is comforting especially in moments of vulnerability. I especially want to thank Aida, who is assigned to international clients. Any and all questions she was there to answer and answer promptly. The weekend before surgery day I had last minute questions and on her day off she was replying to me. The attention to detail and her bubbly mannerisms make her a perfect fit for clients. And without a doubt, Dr. Rosell for perfecting a life changing decision. His attention to detail, knowledge in Lipedema, precision and artistry in removing the disease of Lipedema and making the body look beautiful and natural…there are no words!!!! I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I did not attend my appointment as I chose to cancel. My request was handled politely and efficiently. Thanks
