From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guide and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.
What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! I recently had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ulas Bali and had a great experience with him and his team. I came all the way from Brisbane Australia after a friend recommended him to me. It’s scary coming to a different country but once I got to Istanbul and met the team I wasn’t nervous at all. The hospital is 10/10 and I received better treatment there than I have in Australia. I’m already thinking about what else I can come back and have done next year. Would recommend him over and over!

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!
On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.
