I booked my package with flyhealth, and had a fantastic experience throughout from the airport transfer, to surgery day, transfers back to hotel and to the clinic, and fly health were constantly on the end of the phone if I needed anything. The car you got picked up with for transfers was luxury with recliner chairs and pretty LED lights. I would definitely recommend fly health.

I came to Istanbul for an ethnic rhinoplasty and what can I say… Dr. Bora and his team are the best in the world. Patient coordinator Enise did an outstanding job communicating all the necessary steps and answered all my questions. I chose this clinic because I was looking for a Doctor who has experience with African noses. The noses on Dr. Boras's social media portfolio matched my nose so I knew I was in good hands. The clinic in which I had surgery was very modern and the staff was very nice. Overall, I can recommend getting ethnic rhinoplasty with Dr Bora, as he’s one of the best, if not the best in his field.

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I had a rhinoplasty and an eyelift I was very comfortable travelling from the UK First time having felt a bit anxious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My nose is a lot better now and my breathing issues are fixed. Didn’t feel any pain. I was comfortable in my hotel room.

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I had a series of procedures with Dr. Mithat which included a complicated nose reconstruction, as well as sliding Genioplasty with V-line surgery. My experience with Dr. Mithat was exceptional. He not only undertook what others considered impossible, but each surgery was successful and made me so much happier with myself! Throughout the process. Dr. Mithat was always supportive: from pre-surgery consultations to post-operative care! He thoroughly explained each procedure, addressed every concern, and left me feeling informed and confident. I have curvature, congestion in my nose, whatever you want. I made an appointment with Ozan Seymen. After the necessary appointments and procedures were established, I came to Turkey. I had my operation within a week. It was not hard as I expected It's been almost 6 months since I had the surgery, friends from the team still communicate with me for control, a team that is really expert in their work.

I had a trachea shave done by Professor Zoran last week and I'm already so pleased with the results! He did an amazing job and I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable going into surgery. He was extremely professional and spoke perfect English. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get quality work and a great price. I've had two other cosmetic surgeries in the past by different surgeons in Canada and Poland and professor Zoran was by far my favourite surgeon! I can’t thank Dr. Yilmaz enough. Everything went perfect, from the first video call to the last post-op check-up. I had two procedures done at the same time, otoplasty and rhinoplasty, and the results exceeded my expectations. People can’t even notice I had surgery, despite the incredible improvements. I am a 25-year-old male patient, who travelled to Turkey alone to get the procedures. I was nervous and somehow uncertain of what to expect. Dr. Yilmaz made me extremely comfortable, it seemed as if my procedures were the easiest thing in the world for him. The arrangements were also impeccable. There was a driver waiting for me at the airport and the same driver drove me everywhere for my whole stay. The hotel they put me in was of superb quality. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I recently immigrated to Portugal and after much research, I was happy to have found Dr Julio Matias to do my breast augmentation. This was after an unsuccessful explant I had done 4 months ago back home. Dr Matias was extremely professional and explained in much detail what he would do to give me the desired look and size I wanted. What impressed me the most was that he listened to my actual needs and desires and offered the best possible medical solution. Throughout the process from the first consultation to post-operation, I was looked after by his case manager Sandra. I had breast Augmentation. It’s been something I’ve always wanted but for some reason never acted on. I recently hear some good recommendations about sun meds so decided to contact them. From the first contact, consultation to surgery everything was done great. Jo and Tania and both are really nice and help you with everything. Tania stayed with me on the surgery morning and made sure I was taken well cared of. The clinic and staff are really good. Dr. David is such a calming surgeon he makes sure everything is explained well and that you feel relaxed at the surgery. It’s been 3 weeks from the operation and I basically didn’t have almost any pain during the recovery so far. I Was back at work after 6 days. Definitely would recommend for everyone who’s considering.
