If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better.

Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous.

Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease.

A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond!

I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here.

If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

It has been about 2 and a half months since I had breast augmentation and couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr Erel completely put me at ease from the first consultation and has been extremely professional throughout. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped me pick the right size to achieve a natural result. He knew exactly what I wanted and I’m so grateful for the natural-looking results. The care I have received pre and post-op at Centre for Surgery has been brilliant. I couldn’t recommend CFS enough to anyone considering this procedure.

Everything has been great! (I had buccal fat removal). From submitting the online enquiry form I received a call from Nikesh within about ten minutes discussing the procedure and how the process works. Got booked in for an initial telephone conversation and then in-person consultation with Dr Gilleard. The finance team were patient with my individual payments and Nikesh answered my many questions and calls in the lead up to the surgery. Everyone on an actual day was very reassuring and efficient. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything ran with the surgery and was even more straight forward than expected. Dr Gilleard also took a phone call later that evening when we had some questions about the anaesthetic. Gregory has phoned most days since the surgery to check in on my recovery and has been lovely. Would highly recommend!

It took me about 8 years to decide and finally go ahead with the procedure. Aside from all the personal doubts, all I really needed was a good practice with a caring team and above all, an excellent and understanding surgeon who LISTENED to me and understood my specific needs, instead of forcing what nowadays aesthetics dictate on me.

Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in the procedure (and especially in the surgeon!) after she explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions pre/during/post-op. I really cannot but praise her professionalism and infinite care. The staff and nurse at CFS have been very lovely too, helpful and caring throughout the whole experience.

My only negative note: I filled my health assessment pre-op at my consultation and again a few days before the procedure. I went and collected my prescription before the operation but whilst filling all the paperwork to discharge me, the Doctor realised the antibiotic I had been given and bought that morning, was in fact the one antibiotic I could not take. She gave me a couple of capsules from a different one that I could tolerate just to cover the night and wrote me a prescription for yet another one to buy the following day. I would really stress the importance of triple-checking and cross-checking our personal health assessments vs the standard medications associated with specific procedures that the practice might have in the system. It could have turned out much uglier than just me having to pay double for the antibiotics!

I had a very good experience with this clinic, very nice staff, doctor and aftercare service. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything guys!

Tattoo excision with Omar Tillo. The surgery itself went well. Omar did a fantastic job. The aftercare was excellent - the support team offered to follow with frequent phone calls to check on my wellbeing and I have had a follow-up appointment with Omar. If I have any more cosmetic surgery needs, I’ll be returning to Centre For Surgery.

I would like to thank Mr Omar Tillo at Centre For Surgery for his honesty and professionalism. I have a rare medical condition which has caused severe muscle atrophy so I had a consultation today to look at the possibility of implants and fat transfer to help my aesthetics. Mr Tillo pointed out that my particular muscular condition could be worsened by having implant surgery and encouraged me to seek clarification on this from the neurologists that I am currently under the care of.

Also, I have trouble putting on weight/body fat and Mr Tillo noted that my fat percentage is far too low for enough fat to be harvested from my stomach/back to be transferred to the desired area, and therefore the results of any surgery would be minimal. Having recently seen another highly recognised London plastic surgeon for a consultation who spoke of no concerns about surgery with my medical condition, and also tried to rush me into booking an implant/fat transfer procedure with him ASAP despite my very low body fat levels does show some cause for concern.

Mr Tillo showed professional care and concern both for my health and in wanting the best result for me in the event of any surgery for which I am very grateful.

Dr Tillo is an amazing doctor genuinely cares about his patients with a very down to earth approach. Had a BA under him with no problems at all. I had a fantastic experience with the team at centre for surgery. Highly recommended surgeon. Thank you!
