I arranged my surgery through Fly health and my surgeon was Dr Banu. What an A+ experience from start to finish. I had the mommy makeover, and was informed throughout my stay what was happening and what arrangements had been made for me.
Anil,was with us throughout and available to chat with 24 hours a day if required. The hotel,hospital stay was fantastic. The staff were so helpful throughout. Dr Banu and her team were so attentive and put my mind at ease with such a big operation. I was picked up from the airport and also for hospital stay. Checkups at Dr Banu's clinics were organised and I got collected from the hotel and back again. Will be returning again soon and cannot thank everyone involved enough! Thanks again!!Dianne

First of all I am not a patient person. Flyhealth handled my case very professionally, fast and efficient. I've been assessed and had the operation on the next day. All of my experience was smooth. This was my second time dealing with Fly Health, the 1st was for a Fleur di Lis with Lipo on Dec 22 and on June 24 I returned to have an extended arm lift with Lipo and a breast lift with small implants. I was so impressed, it was the same team, the same nurses, doctors, interpreters, and admin staff. The consultation beforehand, and the information provided, ie: itinerary, operational procedure etc was exceptional the excellence of service once I landed cannot be beaten.

The private return transfers from the airport to the hotel, hotel to the hospital, hotel to the clinic, and hotel to the airport were all 1st class, The hotel was fabulous the staff could not do enough for you. Anil, the interpreter is fantastic, so professional and makes the process help run smoothly. The medical team surpassed themselves, Dr Banu and her team have my complete trust and admiration for not only her and her team's professionalism, skill, knowledge and expertise but also for the way they treat their clients, they take time to get to know them.

They are very personable and are happy to answer any questions. Before during and after treatment, they explain everything to you and you feel relaxed, at ease and comfortable asking questions.

They provide brilliant medical care and pain relief, the hospital staff are incredibly caring and thoughtful. Once I arrived back in the UK i was followed up every week. I was asked to send pictures which were sent to Dr Banu who provided feedback and advice on how to continue caring for the scars/stitches to ensure optimum health.

Ozgei has been an absolute Godsend and is always at the end of a Whatsapp, no matter what the query, she responds immediately and you feel completely supported from start to finish I have no hesitation in recommending Fly Health for cosmetic surgery, Dr Banu is a magician and her work is so tidy, scars are minimal and recovery is made simple and effective.

I had a breast reduction done with flyhealth and it was the best decision I made. I was so nervous to begin with but that soon went when I met everyone. I felt so comfortable and at ease.

Best company for cosmetic surgery…

I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI.

Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful.

Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring.

I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes.

Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions.

I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy.

Coming from the UK to Turkey for surgery was such a daunting experience. I was really worried. I booked in for a full tummy tuck, breast implants and uplift. However, upon arriving I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Flyhealth was recommended to me by a friend so after some research, I decided to go for it. I am so unbelievably happy that I did. Anil put my mind at ease from the minute that I met him. My surgeon, Dr. Banu Aksoy was unreal and she has done an amazing job. The staff at the hospital were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I am home now and healing extremely well. I cannot thank flyhealth enough for making my experience what it was. Even though I was a big cry baby, they was nothing short of perfect. Thank you again to all involved.

I went to Istanbul for an FDL tummy tucks and liposuction. I was travelling alone so was a little more nervous but I cannot explain enough how good these guys were.

Firuza who organised everything was outstanding nothing was too much trouble. I had a few changes to make even last minute and it was no trouble. Anil the translator explained everything and kept me informed even the staff who couldn’t speak English was still friendly and reassuring. At no point was I in pain or uniformed even the transfer guys were brilliant.
