From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

He was very professional, knew exactly how long every stage of my recovery would be, and advised me accordingly. All I can say is he knows exactly what he is talking about. I would say they went far and beyond. Especially Eirem, Duygu and Veniz. Hospital was so clean, nurses helped me soooo much during my two night stay and the hospital food was fantastic. I don’t know what I would have done without them.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I liaised with Kara from start to finish she was fantastic and super helpful. Recommend Dr Burak, he has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease immediately.

I came over from another city to Istanbul and I am happy that I got such a good decision. Mona was very kind and helpful. She followed me from the first that I applied and was always available to answer my questions. Hotel was 5 stars and very clean. Doctor was very professional.
