When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I have already recommended Dr Atsal to my sister, who plans on going in a year, and I would recommend him to any dear friend or family member without hesitation. I recently had a rhinoplasty performed by Op. Dr. Guray Yesiladali, and my experience was excellent! From the very first contact to the end of the trip. His team is highly organized, polite, friendly and drove me through the whole process (I came all the way from France and they took care of everything). Handled in a very high standard manner, administratively speaking, as well as logistically and humanly. I was glad to be taken care of in such a good manner. Of course the Dr. made a great job! The interview was clear and realistic, we were on the same page for the intervention. Very polite, kind and professional. Dr. Guray performed an excellent job and I am really happy with the results (even if it’s not the final results yet I can already see that it’s amazing). He’s very talented and sculpted me a tailor-made nose that suits perfectly my face in a natural way. On top of being a great surgeon, he’s also an artist that brings beauty and harmony on his patients faces. I would highly recommend him for any surgery, he’s far from average, he’s excellent at his job!

I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

My experience with Ebru, Emrah and Dr Caner Kacmaz was amazing. I had full abdominoplasty, vaser lipo and upper lid blepharoplasty. The communication with Ebru from the beginning was great, all questions were answered quickly. Emrah was very polite and helpful taking us to the hospital and clinic appointments as was the driver who collected us from the airport. I am 3 weeks post-op at the time of the review and already very pleased with the results of my surgery. The surgeon is very thorough and trustworthy, I am already planning my next surgery for breast uplift with implants in the near future. First of all, I want to start by saying I am so happy for writing this review because it is so hard to find the best surgeon and people, as I know from my friends ,when they are happy they generally do not write a review. I wanted to write this reviews because I wanted to show and tell everyone how good this clinic is from A-Z. Starting from arrival and meeting with driver till the day I had my last check-up with my surgeon Dr Yusuf Acar. So I always wanted to have my nose & breast done and I was searching for the best option. I found Mayclinik and I contacted them and since the day I contacted them they have been really great. I was asking probably hundreds of questions and they replied one by one every one of them. I really can not thank them enough for doing this as they really put my mind at ease. We have also made a video consultation with my surgeon before I come and it was really nice to speak with him then because I understood how honest he was. He was telling me what can be done and what can’t be done and he was really right. Some of the clinics were not being honest. Doctor Yusuf was the only doctor whose professionalism I trusted. So I landed the first day and we went straight to the hospital for some blood work & pcr for the operation. It went very smooth and fast. Afterwards, the hotel was amazing. I loved the view of my room. It was really perfect. Everyone was really nice. The next morning around 7 am we went back to the hospital as my operation was around 8:30am. After a couple of paperwork, the surgeon came and we discussed everything again and decided about my breast size and also the shape of my nose how I want the tip to be or the curve etc. He listens very carefully and makes sure that he understands you properly. He never rush. It is so important. After I woke up I had ice on my eyes to prevent swelling on my nose and nurses were there and they were coming whenever I was calling them. They were all really helpful and they will take care of you very well. The next day I was discharged and I was not expecting it to be pain-free but literally I did not feel any pain. I was totally okay. I was walking normally. Only issue was swelling which was totally understandable after the operation. The results were present right after the operation I could see the hump was gone and the tip was elevated. Just like I want. The days I were in the hotel, there were hotel nurses. They really start helping you all the time with medications and everything. A day before I left I have seen my surgeon for cast removal from my nose and a check-up for both breast and nose. Everything went smoothly he explained everything. How to take care of the breast and nose. Everything was clear. This is my 3rd week I am already back home and I am really happy with everything they have provided. Thank you so much MAYCLINIK & DR ACAR.

Amazing staff, amazing service. All I did was let them know what I wanted and they took care of the rest <3. My mommy's makeover operation went smoothly, and my doctor was very informative and listened to all of my concerns. I had my under-eye surgery with Dr. Afet Oncel. She removed my bags under both eyes. It was a local anaesthesia and took 1 hours all together. The healing took about 1 week and completely healed in 2 months with almost no scars. Amazing! As someone who is young to have under-eye bags, it is transformational considering the results of it and the effort & time I put into it. Dr Afet is very easy to talk and she explained the potential options for me to choose and based on her recommendation I went to the slightly easy method of removing the under-eye bags. I am very happy with the results and guidance Dr. Afet has provided.

I had a great experience at Fidel Clinic. From, Yassine the point of contact to the rest of the professionals including the doctor that performed the hair transplant. I felt well looked after and at ease.
