I had my under-eye surgery with Dr. Afet Oncel. She removed my bags under both eyes. It was a local anaesthesia and took 1 hours all together. The healing took about 1 week and completely healed in 2 months with almost no scars. Amazing! As someone who is young to have under-eye bags, it is transformational considering the results of it and the effort & time I put into it.
