I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything.

My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through.
Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care.

So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup.
I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand.

I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)).

I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted!

The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments.

I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English.

The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My surgery was about three weeks ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with the result and also with the whole experience. First of all, the hotel is a very high standard, and the staff is always helpful. They speak very good English and always there to help.

The clinic center totally deserves 5 stars!! I had my hair transplantation in Turkey with Clinic Center and the whole process was great for me. The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude alongside having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. In addition, the aftercare service was also a point I was affected by. Even after I left Turkey to return my homeland, they wrote me to ask about how the healing process was going. I will surely recommend this place to my acquaintants.
