From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.
