I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. After some research, I picked MayClinik to have my dental treatment and hair transplant in Turkey. Everything from getting picked up from the airport, was excellent, professional, and polite. The dental treatment, in particular, is far superior to that of any UK dentist, and that is a harsh but true remark! I chose the FUE method for the hair transplant because as I made research this is the best. Transfer service was really good. I was always taken from my hotel to the hospital. The driver was very kind and genial. The doctor explained the procedure in detail and collaborated with me to develop goals. He described all of the expectations that must be realized, while also limiting dangers and providing understandable boundaries for the intervention. I appreciated the clarity and direct communication. I returned with the impression that I had been in the greatest hands in Istanbul. More than the experience, there was the confidence of a solid investment and that this was a sustainable method as a result of exceptional teamwork.
