I booked an upper blepharoplasty after reading other reviews and speaking to the very helpful and friendly coordinator Veronika. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. The information I was provided was great, and Veronika was always available to answer any questions I had. The aftercare, and post-op service are also very good. I cannot recommend the Catch Life team enough.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant to travel so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organised and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S. These reviews and the WhatsApp group helped me make my decision on choosing my surgery company.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Thank you so much for making this process so easy and straightforward, I felt I was in safe hands the entire time and I am glad I found you back when I was looking into different clinics. Nurse Anna, you are the loveliest nurse I have ever known! Truly a gentle and kind woman and I can see why you are a Nurse, keep being you! ☺️ and thank you for helping with my dressing changes. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️
