I had combined surgery on the 28.02.23 with Dr Görkem, from the moment I arrived I was picked up by a driver and when arriving at the hospital two staff Yunes & Enes looked after me. Had my bloods taken and a medical check, then Dr came in the morning to discuss my desired outcome. I feel that he listened to me and surgery went well. I was then taken back to my hotel which was very modern and any queries I had to do with my post op surgery were answered very quickly on what’s app. I will be going back for other facial surgeries with Dr Görkem. The warmth you feel from staff does make a difference to your medical journey. Your outcome is listened to and understood here!!!!

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

My husband came with me to look after me and he was made to feel extremely welcome also. You get collected from the airport and from your hotel on the day of surgery. It was a seamless experience and I’d recommend West to everyone.

Mit der Lieben Julia war ich sehr besonders zufrieden. Sie ist menschlich, freundlich, kompetent und besitzt die Fähigkeit gut zu erklären und Ängste zu nehmen. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. In a few months I will be able to share the final result with a big smile on my face. Thanks, Doctor Cinik and all staff. Definitely a great experience.

3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I used to struggle to sleep at night due to neck and back pain, (not realising it was directly correlated with my breast size) and now I sleep like a baby, with no aches or pains! I look at myself in the mirror now and feel so happy with my reflection compared to how I felt before. The whole team is incredible and I cannot recommend her enough, he has changed my life. Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!

I went for gastric sleeve surgery on 15th March 23, with MAXX Clinic and Dr Namik being my surgeon. I could not have asked for a better surgeon, he spoke great English, came to see us every day, explained everything, and went through our bloods that were taken daily to make sure we were ok and healthy. We were picked up from the airport by our translator and from there she spent every single day with us.. Looking after us, making sure we were ok. My sister came along with me as my companion and she was looked after, fed breakfast, dinner and tea. And at the hotel, she was given a free complimentary massage. The aftercare has been really good, I still message daily now for advice and they respond immediately with help. Thank you so much Dr Namik and the MAXX clinic for all your amazing support and for giving me this opportunity to a life change. I am 19 pounds down in just under 2 weeks and I feel amazing.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

I had a trachea shave done by Professor Zoran last week and I'm already so pleased with the results! He did an amazing job and I've never felt so relaxed and comfortable going into surgery. He was extremely professional and spoke perfect English. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get quality work and a great price. I've had two other cosmetic surgeries in the past by different surgeons in Canada and Poland and professor Zoran was by far my favourite surgeon! You can tell he loves his job and truly cares about his clients. The clinic was easy to find and the staff was very friendly!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.
