I'm just back in Ireland, from Vanity after having upper eye lid surgery and 360 liposuction. My experience couldn't have gone better. To anyone thinking of getting something done, just do it. THE attention to detail was 2nd to none, from the WhatsApp team to the staff, nurses, to the after care back at the Hotel. I can't recommend enough, but mostly ill be forever grateful to Dr Zeynap for doing an amazing job. Highly recommend Vanity, Thank you.

The Staff: Their staffs are knowledgeable and approachable. They will explain the procedure well and you will not feel outcast during the operation. The driver also smoothly fetched me up at Antalya airport because he had a nice placard he waived during my arrival. They have also a jolly and full and energetic interpreter that makes my day not castaway. I believe she is a nice person because of giving a candy during the trip. The rockstar representative/coordinator: You have to contact their most valuable and responsive representative named “BATUHAN”, sure he will guide you until you reached the best hair restoration clinic in Turkey. The relaxing and cozy hotel: Most of the hotels that I’ve visited before are quite plain and have no wow factor. But the hotel provided by Catchlife during my stay in Antalya Turkey make my life easy and comfortable. Upon arrival, the receptionist will ask for your passport nicely and prepare your room quickly. The room that he gave me is exceptional and spacious. The bathroom is so clean. The foamy twin bed and have 6 different fragrant pillows. They have also a blanket that hurdles frostbite. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, and wonderful dessert. I recommend it to everyone! Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I had a gastric sleeve on 04/03/2024! Absolutely outstanding clinic, and the staff are so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of staff. The surgeon is amazing! I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. I first in enquired about gynecomastia Surgery in February and i had Brilliant Communication from then right up until I went for the surgery in March. I met my driver at the airport he took me to the hospital where i would be staying. On the Journey he offered to stop and get me a coffee if I wanted on when we reached the hospital he checked me in asked if there was anything else he could do he was very polite and well mannered that I then met DR Murat Sarıcı who came and greeted me and explained what he would be doing the next morning. The next morning met with DR Murat Sarıcı had the surgery done everything went fine I had the best level of care from everyone at the hospital after the surgery I had some bruises and little pain I’m now 8 weeks post surgery and I’ve healed perfectly I have minimum scaring and I’m all healed and back to normal I would go back in a heartbeat to have it done again I’m so much happy and confident now thank you DR Murat Sarıcı

I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! Please don’t forget to follow his instructions after surgery, it really help a lot!

I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. Outstanding service, I could not be happier. Quite remarkable really. Dr. Manav did wonderful work. His support staff was top-notch and took care of my every need. I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.
