Hellooo ! I had surgery at Aktif International Hospital and my experience was truly amazing. I had liposuction and a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Umran Muslu and I am very satisfied with the results. I am so grateful for the care and support provided by the assistants Monica and medical consultant Kate. Big thanks to both of them......... The nurses at the hospital were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was perfect, from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. The entire organisation was very professional. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I had my Nose done by Mr. Dr. Güray Yesiladali. He did a great Job! I wanted a very natural nose and he did it. He explained every detail very well. I felt good before the operation and also after. I didn‘t have any problems. Also the girls at the hospital were very friendly and helpful. Arzu Gülmez and Nur were great. I had a perfect time and am really happy with the result. Dr Umut Riza Gunduz is a compassionate and skilled surgeon and I can not fault the care he provided. From the initial consultation to my aftercare following surgery. Dr Umut speaks English and tries his best to explain the process and answers any questions or queries you may have with professionalism and care. The nurses at Termessos are empathetic and highly skilled. I had zero pain from cannulation, to the bloods to incision care. They are a friendly and exceptionally hard working team. The hospital is big and spacious. The private room exceeded my expectations. All this was possible thanks to CatchLife Obesity. Tunahan was my coordinator and no question went unanswered he was available on hand at the drop of a text and call for any queries I had. Tunahan is incredibly informative, helpful and courteous and he made sure everything ran smoothly from the airport transport to my discharge. Arina at CatchLife was my field coordinator she was incredibly supportive and put me at ease through my tests and surgery. She has the biggest heart and instantly makes you feel you have known her a life time. Arina made sure I had everything I needed along with her colleague Wemma. Wemma greeted me at the airport with the friendliest welcome and the driver was so helpful. I would highly recommend CatchLife for the gastric sleeve as my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The standards, service and experience surpass any treatment I have recieved in the UK. I had a mommy makeover (breast implants with lift, tummy tuck, 360 lipo) and a rhinoplasty at the same time with Dr. Bali. I'm about 3 months post-op and have been really happy with my experience and results so far. He's an excellent doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and made me feel calm throughout the whole surgical process. Waiting time was quick and efficient. Aftercare treatment and facilities were excellent. Nursing staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially Myra, everyone is super friendly.I highly recommend Dr. Bali. I'm not one for writing reviews but I know I did a ton of research before landing on Bali Clinic in Istanbul. Hopefully this helps people who are researching now. You will not be disappointed.

I have just arrived home from ANTALYA, I had a breast uplift and breast implants with AYT CLINIC. From the beginning talking with Asli on WhatsApp the experience has been phenomenal. Asli has been so helpful in giving me all the information I need, she has been there every step of the way with me. Transfers from the airport to my hotel, hotel to hospital, and back to the airport, I have been very impressed, always on time, they picked me up exactly when they said they were, lovely drivers too. My hospital stay was also amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful, their English wasn’t the best but Asli stayed with me and translated for us which was very helpful. All the hospital staff was very happy and took good care of me from the moment I arrived, all through my surgery, and my aftercare. My surgeon Dr Mehmet, wow what an amazing person, he is very very talented, and I am so chuffed with my results. He has given me exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and also gave me his recommendations. He is such a lovely man and has also been there for me every step of the way. He even made a special trip to my hotel on his day off work to remove my drains for me as I was finding them uncomfortable. He is very professional and I would 100% be returning to him in the future if I decide on any more cosmetic procedures I wouldn’t go to anybody else. My follow-up appointment with Dr Mehmet the day before I flew home was very in-depth, I felt so safe and secure and I trusted him 100%. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. I am now home back with my children and I’m so happy with my results, Asli has contacted me to check I am okay which is amazing, the aftercare is still amazing even though I am now back home. Best company for cosmetic surgery… I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI. Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful. Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring. I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes. Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy. Thanks to Flyhealth, keep up the excellent work you do.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.
