I came to Dr Tuna Turkmen with a difficult case. I saw a lot of his work online and decided he was the best surgeon for me. I travelled from London/Uk to him in a bid he could fix my botched job which I had done privately in the Uk. I was surgery in pain and with a different size and shape breast. He talked me through everything in such a clear and professional manner. My results are beyond amazing and I could have not asked for a better result even if I dreamed of it. I am so so happy, the care I receive from him and all the staff has been amazing. He even helped me with a claim of neglect against my old company. He is without a doubt the best surgeon I have ever been to and could not recommend him enough.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 18th of January 2023. From the moment of booking to all the way after my surgery, I can not fault the service provided by Dr Cenk, Sevim, and the whole team at Anadolu hospital. The instructions and guidance pre and post surgery were clear and the communication by sevim was first class. I travelled alone and was put to ease. The nurses were so caring. Sevim went out of her way to make sure my flight back to the UK was smooth and easy ( booked wheelchair service, highly recommended). Dr Cenk and all staff members treated me with respect and dignity. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 11kg. Highly Highly recommended Dr Cenk and his team. Had a circumcision yesterday (age 57), and was back today for a control visit. Although early days, all is well and have every confidence of a good result. The team at Alara were all very professional and courteous and cannot fault the service.

We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Travelling overseas for surgery is nerve wracking. After being put off by poor communication and a 'cookie cutter' approach at some Thai clinics I was impressed with the professional response from the IM Gender Clinic, including a video consult with the surgeon who actually did the proceedure, the talented Dr Labanca who answered all my fears and questions. The clinic experience itself was very good. The staff is all caring, reassuring and competent. The stay for vaginoplasty is a full week under the care of the wonderful nurses, ensuring I was able to walk and care for myself before leaving - important when one is alone and away from home. The recommended accommodation is a short stroll away, and perfect for further recovery and post surgical surgeon visits.10 weeks on the aftercare continues by videolink. I am happy with my results, healing is mainly complete, and I am getting on with life again. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Like most men, the idea of having that type of surgery was worrying, to say the least, but I could not have chosen a better clinic to go to. From the initial consultation, Dr. Sam gave me incredible advice, outlining the various options and outcomes, and provided all of the important information that I needed to make my decision. He made every step completely straightforward and was on hand for any and all questions that I had before and after the procedure. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I'm very pleased. Dr. Esbry answered all the questions I had, he also answered the questions I did not know I had. I had a full facelift. He also removed a lot of skin over my eyes and bags under my eyes. He is professional, friendly, and he answers questions quickly. I am very happy with my face. The healing process is not done yet, with that, Dr. Esbry has reassured me that everything is going well and that in time it will heal. It was a good value. He gave me back one face and open eyes that I can smile at the world again. I will choose Dr. Esbry again if I want to have more operations.
