A surgery operation and a Christmas holiday: I left Italy with my husband on Christmas day and got to Istanbul at 11. p.m. The purpose of the journey was a rhinoplastic. We slept in a luxury hotel and the next day had a consultation with Doctor Görkem Atsal, a friendly doctor always smiling and reassuring everybody. I had chosen him among many specialists and meeting him was a real emotion! He reassured me, answered my questions, and cancelled any doubt. I underwent all the clinical exams and the day after I was operated on. Not ONLY rhino but also upper and lower eyelid surgery. During the same night, I was assisted by a professional nurse. In a day I was dismissed! No pain, constant care, they took my hand and never left It! Doctor Görkem ATSAL Is a real talent in surgery, Genius and a gentleman! People here treat him with the utmost respect and ask for his opinion! I trust him for his professional and HUMAN SKILLS! His entire team is composed of young students he is educating like a father! Dear Gülce, Fürkan, Enes, Nilsu, and Zaza, you were all precious to me! And the story has a Happy end: they all lived happily ever after!

Hellooo ! I had surgery at Aktif International Hospital and my experience was truly amazing. I had liposuction and a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Umran Muslu and I am very satisfied with the results. I am so grateful for the care and support provided by the assistants Monica and medical consultant Kate. Big thanks to both of them......... The nurses at the hospital were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was perfect, from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. The entire organisation was very professional. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I had a 360 fdl tummy tuck and lipo, well what can I say absolutely amazing!! I'm so happy with my results! I am like a new woman, I had gastric bypass 2 years ago so I had bad loose skin. The company amazing they was recommended to me by a close friend from start to finish you in contact with a co-ordinater. Batuhan was amazing his so reassuring giving me all the information I needed. And guidance throughout was perfect!. You get all you transferred included all on time no problems. The cost was amazing value! So worth it I will be back in the future for more treatments. The hotel and the hospital were immaculate.

Dr. Cinik Plastic Surgery team is an amazing team. I came all the way from California to have a full liposuction. The whole experience from the time they picked me up from the airport, to the hotel, to my appointments all the way until I left the clinic was organised. I never have had such an amazing experience. The coordinator was sending me messages and following up with me with all the details. The staff are super nice. Amazing people with a big heart. The surgeon's staff was amazing. They made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. The rooms are super clean. Even in the middle of night, someone is cleaning the whole area. They nurses are beautiful, kind and experienced. Overall this was 1000 times more than what I was expecting.

I wait for a reasonable time before I put my review as I wanted to be based on facts, not emotions. Also, I wanted to see how the aftercare is. What is important for people that reading these reviews is the outcome of everything. I had Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck, breast reduction/uplift, Vaser liposuction plus flanks) on 12th December 2022. Now I am 3 mpo. The results for me are as expected. First, because I was observing this surgeon's work for around 8 months alongside three other doctors before choosing him. Second, I followed every single piece of advice and recommendation by them 3 months before the surgery and continued after to avoid complications. 1. Transfer- as described. (Drivers are experienced and gentle, sensitive to the pain you are experiencing). 2. Hotel- as described (I wasn't on holiday there so it is more than enough you need. Brilliant). 3. The hospital - Modern, clean, good food, friendly staff. 4. The Surgeon - Dr Yusuf Acar, polite and gentle man. Didn't see him much but his art is on me forever. 5. Mayclinik staff- Well, here is something that I didn't expect, to be honest. Apart from the good service which is expected for private clinics, the Personal touch! Yes, it is important who makes your operation but does anyone think about all around? Nurses are these not appreciated enough. Mayclinik nurses are different from the hospital staff. They know you are terrified and they talk to you with so much patience and care. This journey is not only physical it is mental too. For me, the role of the nurses completes and finishes the doctor's job. Forgive me I don't remember all names but Eda, Deniz, Burcu, Ceren. 6. After Care- Nazli, a lovely lady that I catch replies to me even outside of working hours. I didn't have major complications just small things. Recently they opened an Aftercare / Consultation branch in London that I visit There is a doctor, a plastic surgeon that speaks with you not just nurses, dr Sam. His approach was just amazing. He ensured all is healing well, gave me some advice answered everything possible I had in mind to ask with patience and arranged another check in 2 months to observe a lump I have around my stitch. 7. Communication- Well, the communication with my coordinator wasn't the best experience compared to other clinics that I researched. Do not get wrong impression if they don't respond straight away and you need to remind them. They are really busy I saw with my eyes. However, if you want to complain you can always find a reason. I am fine, this is not an important aspect for me. In conclusion, I can say I had a good experience with Mayclinic, I am happy of my choice of doctor. Happy with the price I paid. Happy with the service and care I have received for this price. Happy with the outcome. You can trust all is genuine.

Hello, I hade so much excess skin on my eyelids and it was almost covering my sight. I called Elbe and asked and had a free consutation for upper eyelid surgery. I’ve been informed for the price and process. Everthing was suitable for me and I got my appointment for the surgery. The procedure has been operated under local anesthesia and I was all awake during the surgery. It was so easy and comfortable process in the surgery and surgeon Dr. Ozgur has always informed me and told me the process momently. So I felt so relax untill the end. After 2 months later I finished my scar creams, there is no scar mark left. I’m so happy with the result and my sight is so much better now. Thanks to Elbe and rest of the team. %100 from me.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

I am glad to pass by Fidel Clinic, they were all kind and helpful, the doctor gave me time and understood my needs as far as the VASER liposuction goes and even small important details. I would recommend it this is a very good place to be

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injecitons and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

The doctor Ercan and their team are very nice. I messaged them from Portugal and they arranged an appointment for me here at all that hospital and he has done my liposuction surgery and he has been very good and his team as well and after the operation also they called me daily and asked my health and send car for me to visit doctor from hotel to hospital every time and they just talked with me on phone and without asking money first he had booked my hotel too. They did not even think about what would have happened if I was not there, then I liked their service and their convenience.
