Hello Aktif :) I would like to extend my gratitude to my surgeon Dr Atakan Baş and his assistants Nuvar Monica and Selina. I was warmly welcomed at the airport. They showed me to my room where I settled in comfortably. I then met with my surgeon. On the day of the surgery, they woke me up by holding my hands. They were full of love and care. My hotel was very comfortable, and they kept every promise they made. Dr Atakan visited me every morning, noon, and evening. My breasts turned out exactly as I wanted. Many of the nurses could speak foreign languages. As for Nuvar and Selina they consistently took care of me. They held my hands when I received anaesthesia at the beginning of the surgery. If I ever come back to Turkey, I will visit them as a friend, not as a patient. I love you all :))!

What made this experience great was, in the first place, the professionalism, care and kindness of all the staff of Vanity. Thanks to them, but most of all, Dr Cagatay, who far exceeded my expectations, I was able to make my dream come true and finally have the nose that I always wanted. Everyone was always available and ready to provide any necessary clarification and to reassure me when I was needed. Their attention to patient care is one of the peculiarities that made them special. I've felt pampered for all the time being. Their concern during the pre-and post-operative period confirmed to me that I couldn't have chosen a better clinic. I flew to Antalya from the UK, for a rhinoplasty with Dr Hadi Nural, I was very nervous/ stressed at first, but the second I walked into the clinic, I was supported and calmed down by the best team of nurses, translators etc. we were offered refreshments and answered all of questions clearly, so I knew the procedure clearly, which really helped my nerves! Post-surgery - the nasal shape I chose was quite difficult as I am very precise and I would say I’m a stressy person! However Dr Hadi Nural came through!!! I had a neck and face lift at coramed clinic in Wroclaw. Everything was perfect. The medical staff explained the procedure very well. All the staff are wonderful. Clinic is spotlessly clean. My operation went according to plan, 3 days post op and can already a great results. I'm having regular checkups with my surgeon while I'm in Wroclaw.

The driver, Mac, waited for me at the airport, even though my flight was late and it was after midnight. He was extremely helpful throughout my two-week stay. The clinic was very clean, and the surgeon saw me in the morning before I underwent a face and neck lift. I stayed overnight in the clinic and was monitored by a very nice nurse. There was hardly any bruising, which surprised me since I bruise easily. Two days after the operation, I was able to go out. My face was swollen, but I wasn’t in any pain—just a bit uncomfortable. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend both the clinic and the surgeon. Having Mac’s assistance made everything easier, so I would advise anyone considering surgery to book the assistance package.

My surgery was to remove my breast implants. This procedure was carried out by Mr Quaba and the results have been amazing. He has given me very natural breasts and by using fat transfer they have kept both volume and shape and more in keeping with my body frame. If you are considering removing breast implants I can highly recommend this procedure carried out by Mr Quaba. Both Mr Quaba and his team are amazing and the treatment and care you get before, during and after your surgery is above and beyond.

She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.
