I got my nose done by Dr. Hardal, and i‘m very happy with the result even if it‘s still swollen, i experienced such a good week without pain or big swelling. He was very friendly and a good listener about your wishes! I‘m recommending him to everyone who wants their nose done!
Also his assistant is also a very beautiful great person, she organized everything and was always available for questions or anything i needed.

Die Operation verlief problemlos, und die Nachsorge war erstklassig.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr umit hardell after doing some research I was reccomended from a friend who had a lovely experience also , dr Hardell greeted me made me feel very at ease I had complete trust in him and he did not disappoint I love my new nose , my co-ordinator Basak was so very helpful so kind and made me feel at easy ever since our first contact over all 10/10 experience I would do it all over again.

I'm writing this review two months after my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Ümit Hardal.

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to search for the right rhinoplasty surgeon in Istanbul, amongst the seemingly endless choices, especially when considering a revision. That's why I'm sharing my experience with Dr. Ümit Hardal—to help others avoid the stress of finding the perfect doctor

Finding Dr. Hardal was pure luck. While researching doctors in Istanbul, his name popped up in a comment, and his Instagram profile immediately convinced me he was the right surgeon for me.

My previous rhinoplasty left me with a severely asymmetrical, overly projected, and feminine nose. As a Black man, living with this for two years was incredibly difficult and depressing. Dr. Hardal stood out because he displayed a deep understanding of human anatomy and tailored rhinoplasty to individual features. His Instagram showcased impressive masculine noses, which gave me hope.

I also have to shout out his assistant, Basak. She was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The surgery itself went smoothly and his team has been supportive every step of the way.

Two months later, I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Hardal has transformed my nose into a natural, masculine feature that complements my face. The healing process has been very easy.

This surgery has had a profound impact on my mental health and confidence. I can't recommend Dr. Hardal highly enough. If you're considering rhinoplasty or a revision, especially as a man, I wholeheartedly encourage you to consult with him.

I had my revision by Dr.Hardal in November 2023. After doing alot of research, trying to find the best doctor to do my revision, I found Dr.Hardal. His way of working is very professional and he makes you feel safe. You can easily sence that he knows what he’s talking about. He will listen at your request but also give you his professional advice, just because he can see what type of nose will suit your face and what will look the best for you. At the end, you will feel that he has done what you asked for and even more than that.

Me, my 4 sisters and my 2 cousins has done their nose by Dr.Hardal and everyone is happy. Both female and male. I will always recomend Dr.Hardal to everyone who wants a rhinoplasty/revision done.

Finally, the assistant Basak was amazing. She gave me all the information I needed to feel safe, she will always answer your questions even a long time after the surgery. She is very kind and I couldn’t ask for better.

I went to Dr. Umit Hardal for revision rhinoplasty, and although I haven’t fully seen the results yet since the surgery was just last week, my overall experience has been amazing. Dr. Hardal is very kind, understanding, and attentive. His assistant, Basak, was there throughout everything, translating and ensuring I got all the necessary information. She’s very friendly and kind, making me feel very comfortable. Having good assistants is important since you communicate with them more often than with the surgeon.

I opted for revision rhinoplasty to address some asymmetry issues. While it’s too early to see the final result, things are already looking much more symmetric! Although I faced this surgery alone I was helped from professional English-speaking staff. The surgery went smoothly and the result was perfect solving the problem.

I got my breasts reduced and lifted by Dr Aytop! I will say the overall experience coming from NA was a bit different with not many people speaking the language and not having my consultation till 1 hour prior. Just how things are run but something to be prepared for! I’m two weeks out and could not be happier with my results so far though, they are the perfect size!! I have to give Basak the BIGGEST shout out for making the entire experience way more comfortable I really don’t know what I would’ve done without her.


The main piece of advice I’d give as someone traveling for surgery is ask for the good pain meds before going into surgery and other than that the hospital made everything really easy and accessible, would 100% recommend!

Overall I had a positive experience getting a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Hardal! His assistant, Basak, helped coordinate the whole experience and was super helpful and kind before and throughout the visit. I picked Dr. Hardal for his more natural-appearing results compared to many other surgeons in Istanbul. Prices were very fair. I was not able to have my consultation with Dr Hardal until the morning of surgery, which did end up working out okay but was a little stressful.

The hospital stay was a little bit difficult for an English speaker because none of the nurses/staff spoke much English, but this was not a deal breaker. My nose is beautiful so far one week post op and I am very pleased with my results. I would recommend Dr Hardal and his team!
