Breast implant revision covers a number of different operations, but this case involved removing overlarge implants and capsulectomy, and exchange for anatomical implants. 

Mastopexy (breast lift) can vary from a crescentic lift (scar above the areola), to around the nipple in a circle (circum-areola), then lollipop lift (around areola and vertical scar down), and for largest lifts an anchor shaped is required (around areola, vertical scar down and scar along the breast crease). 

I only preform upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) and not lower eyelid lift. This is normally done with patients awake, but you can choose to be asleep.

Inverted nipple correction is normally done awake under local anaesthetic.

Nipple reduction (the projecting portion) is not the same as areola reduction (reduction the pigmented skin around the nipple), although I do both these procedures. 

Liposuction alone sometimes may work, but with loose skin a iift is needed to remove excess skin. A groin crease excision may be enough, but normally a scar along the inner thigh is needed.

A classic full abdominoplasty is from anterior hip to anterior hip, whereas an extended abdominoplasty includes the skin around the flanks.
