Very professional, friendly and client-oriented. Will I go back? Definitely!

I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging. This was my second visit and once again I was not disappointed. Jorge and his team give excellent service and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I am very pleased with my implants and look forward to returning in May for a check-up.

My husband broke one tooth of his implants. The whole thing was taken out and fixed. He was less than 24 hours without teeth, which was fantastic! Beautiful result !! I had three fillings, no pain! I live in the U.S. but was travelling to Kyiv several times in 2017 and 2018. During these visits, I received teeth cleanings, fillings, a root canal, and a crown. Every visit and every procedure was professional, friendly, and effective. For me, the service was superior to anything I have had in the United States and at a fraction of the cost. I am currently trying to get more business in Ukraine so that I can return for more dental work!

Arrived for the first time ever in Bogota (and even in South America) with a bad tooth-ache and after 6 days my original plan about getting it fixed back home in DK went down the drain due to the pain caused. So I had to find a dentist to get it fixed. Used WhatClinic to send an enquiry and got an appointment with Esthetic Dent the day after at 8am (talk about fast response). Went to the clinic, which was nice and clean and was met by the dental-assistant and dentist. Both were very friendly and very understanding. After filling some papers I was on the "bench" and had the problem fixed. The price was about half of what it would have cost back home, so I consider it a very good value.

I'm a nervous patient and avoided going back to the dentist for a long time, recently had work done by Dr Don Mac Auley and just so happy with it. It was such a good experience. I felt no discomfort or pain while the work was being done and none afterwards either. I'm not as nervous about my follow up appointments/check ups now thanks to Don and the team.

This dentist's clinic is really a comprehensive five-star treatment place. Both his assistant and the attending doctor are very professional and the effect is very good. The quality of his teeth is the best I have done in these years. He is a perfect doctor and a very caring Christian. And its price is only a quarter of our local price. The quality of the teeth can be guaranteed for 20 years I made three implants, a total of six crowns, and two root treatments. Plus the deep cleaning and 6 temporary Crown twice and Mo detail service Only paid 6000 dollars.

My dentist the last 10 years. I am very satisfied with his services. I recommend him 100%.
