My entire experience with Dr Cruz and his associates was superb. I received a completely painless implant within an hour. The building and office were immaculately clean and welcoming. But, for me, the most important factor was the “human touch.” Everyone was polite and professional but also very relaxed. I was told what was being done and given the option to stop and breathe at any point.
I researched and queried many different dental clinics, from Budapest, Hungary to Tallinn, Estonia for weeks prior and chose this clinic based on reviews and price. I was well rewarded for my efforts.
I flew into Lisbon on Saturday night, spent Sunday sightseeing, got my implant on Monday morning, spent the afternoon sightseeing, and was home, in my own bed, north of Edinburgh, by 10 PM Monday night. Everything about this experience was positive.
I’ll return in a few months to complete the process and stay longer, this time because Lisbon is fantastic.
