Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Thank you so much for making this process so easy and straightforward, I felt I was in safe hands the entire time and I am glad I found you back when I was looking into different clinics. Nurse Anna, you are the loveliest nurse I have ever known! Truly a gentle and kind woman and I can see why you are a Nurse, keep being you! ☺️ and thank you for helping with my dressing changes. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

Dr Salman is just wonderful!. It was obvious from the 1st consultation with him, that he's not about the money but the happiness , confidence ,self esteem and great result he can give. Had liposuction and fat transfer, results is outstanding. The nurses are all amazing. A very clean n spotless clinic. What an amazing experience. Thanks Auralia.

Mr Siddiqui is an amazing Surgeon. I went to him for my Lip filler. He gave me very good advice about shapes that suit me. My Lips look natural and not fake. He is very ethical in his approach and will not do something that wouldn't suit. I felt safer altering my appearance knowing it was done by a registered medical professional. I highly recommend him.

Flawless from beginning to end! Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery. I am forever grateful to him, I think his name was Cichostepski Dariuz ( please correct me if this is wrong) Finally, after my operation, I was monitored all through the night by a lovely kind nurse who checked on me and was only a buzz away, she was so efficient and kind I’m sorry I did not catch your name but thank you! I had a BBL with Dr Rosell and I’m very happy with the results. I honestly can’t even notice where the fat was taken from my body. His care and after care was superior and the whole team at IM clinic provided superior care throughout my journey. The structure itself is truly 5 stars and it actually exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go back if I felt the need for another cosmetic procedure.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!
