My first appointment at what was a new practice for me was everything I hoped it would be. At the reception, I was warmly welcomed and put at ease and soon felt as if I had been a long-standing patient. The dentist fully involved me in decisions about my treatment, explaining possible issues and possible remedies clearly, acknowledging too that I present limitations that could necessitate modifying the proposed actions. Equipment was up to date and clearly explained to me and throughout the appointment, I was put at ease and treated with care.
