Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I just recently completed a full treatment of 4 front crowns, one of which implant and abatement. Same time Diana managed complete 2 sinus lifts in very short time and a few fillings. I can’t recommend Diana enough as a highly professional doctor, whom takes great care of details, in purpose to achieve the best results, despite the shortage of time (as we were on holiday and she often has to work longer hours and even takes crowns by herself to the lab), as we were flying back home the next day. Definitely coming back in February to complete another 2 crowns. Huge thank you Diana from the bottom of my heart.
