I was a very nervous patient and they allayed my fears by their skill and excellent “bedside manner” involving me at every stage of my treatment. I was visiting Florence, from America. We took a Vespa tour outside the city and I skidded on rocks and smashed my face on the road breaking two of my front teeth. I contacted Dr Floria that afternoon. He emailed me right back asked me for a photo of the teeth and said he could see me the following day at 9 am. He had come in on his day off and took care of me without an assistant. He was wonderful. I was leaving Florence for Rome the following day so the plan we made was a temporary one to get me home. I was happy with the result and am able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I am so grateful I found Dr Floria and would highly recommend him.

Next, I did an examination with X-rays and photographs to assess my overcrowding. (150,000 won approx. 150 USD). I've decided at 38 years old to get braces and it's mostly due to how comfortable I felt in her state of the art clinic. Everything is spotless and comfortable. Prices were explained to me in great detail, I have embarked on a 2 to 3-year treatment with ceramic and metal braces. Including retainer and 3 screws, that's will be necessary (to slightly widen the jaw), as well as monthly adjustments, the total cost will be USD 5800 paid in instalments of ten months. (Thereafter, whether 2 or 3 years of treatment there will be no other costs). It's just the beginning but my situation is starting to look up already. So far, great.
