The best in Ploiesti! I was looking for a dental clinic where I could communicate in English with the dentist. Swissdent had to be the one. I was welcomed warmly by the reception staff and Dr Petriu and their wife. They understood my problems and quickly came up with a solution. I have been looking for a lot of years the right place to have veneers fitted and Dr Petriu and the team did a fantastic job. They even came to work out of hours to deliver the result I wanted in time. I have never seen such great customer service and professionalism. I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this clinic out of any in Ploiesti or outside. If you need English speakers, these guys are the best. I can smile very proudly now and this is thanks to Swissdent. Dr. Victor and his staff were outstanding. The communication prior to the surgery was excellent. They answered all of my many questions and concerns quickly. When I got there I was greeted like I was a member of their family. Dr. Victor made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. Dr. Victor was friendly and thorough. Dr Kozan and Dr Fatih are amazing from my initial assessment where I had my impressions and x-rays to my many appointments over the next few days to get my smile just right, absolute perfectionists! I had so many conversations/consultations about what I wanted and they were upfront and honest about what was a realistic expectation on my part but a very easy process I wanted straight, natural-looking teeth and they definitely delivered! The process was quick and pain-free ( slight sensitivity), I was given temporary teeth which were amazing too which I had for 2 days and then my zirconium crowns were fitted and WOW! I was amazed, I could not stop smiling and a week later I’m back home in the UK and I still haven’t. Ertan from CatchLife aesthetic’ was my field coordinator who organised everything, transferred to and from my hotel and helped with translation which wasn’t much of a problem at all.
