Dr. Victor and his staff were outstanding. The communication prior to the surgery was excellent. They answered all of my many questions and concerns quickly. When I got there I was greeted like I was a member of their family. Dr. Victor made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. Dr. Victor was friendly and thorough. I'm from Canada and had a complete set of dentures made for me by Dr. Victor, and the entire experience was very positive from the moment I walked in the door. I’ve been going to this clinic for 6 or 7 years now. I found them on the internet and I’ve been happy ever since. Right now I’m in the process of getting implants and I’ll go back for crowns next month. The service and treatment are excellent. They’re transparent about the pricing, and there are never additional or hidden costs. The clinic is run by a team of fantastic staff and they are the main reason I keep coming back.
Potential Dental bridge! I have a gap in my back molars due to an extracted tooth and was contemplating a bridge as had been sold this idea by several Dentists in Canada. Good Dr. Victor checked the area and flatly said no it would weaken the area. This Dentist is Honest and Caring. Will get teeth cleaned next visit Professional with no add on gimmicks! Wifi when waiting! Great vibe!
I visited this office on an emergency basis when I was on vacation in Playa Del Carmen. The dentist I visited (can't remember her name but was the woman dentist there) was amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Coming in as a tourist I was nervous, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. I was more than happy with this clinic - professional and trustworthy staff who have a good command of English, I would recommend this to any international visitors who are looking for a safe place to get a treatment done.
I had two crowns. It was less than half what I was quoted in Vancouver. This is the third time I have been to this clinic. All three times for crowns. The experience was as good as it gets considering it's a dentist. Clean, friendly, and the Doctor speakers English fluently. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I need more work, I won't hesitate to return.
I was visitng Playa Del Carmen from Canada when I had an emergency due to the wire of my permanent retainer snapping off while eating an apple. Was in some pain due to the wire and sought emergency help. This place was extremely professional, competent and fair in fixing my issue I would highly recommend it to travelers or international visitors who are looking for a trustworthy place for dental or orthodontic work. I saw the female dentist there (can't remember her full name but first name was Teresa) and she was just incredible. Highly recommended!!
