I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. I've had a pacemaker installed on a hospital in South America, when I needed a check-up, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. It was a very good choice for me. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
