I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

Honestly, the whole process of egg freezing was so easy because of this team. They made it an easy trip and supported me on all levels. It started by me searching online for a trusted clinic and I found many clinics but this clinic gave me a call and explained to me every step in detail and answered all my questions. They explained it so well that you feel you are in good hands and understanding everything. I really had zero stress and everything went smoothly with me. Then they even helped me with my daily injections, at their homes even, when I couldn’t do it myself. This team is really excellent. I didn’t have issues with the injections. I chose Gynem after having done some research on the fiv.fr website, after having been disappointed by the first contact in a Spanish clinic recommended by a French association but I did not like it because it took patients on a chain without taking into account the specificities, giving the impression that we are a number, with, in addition, small premises where I did not feel comfortable. I chose this clinic which I decided to contact because of the positive comments that were indicated on the fiv.fr website following a visit to the premises that the latter carried out and also notably for the clarity of the premises, the ease of access by plane from Paris (several flights every day and 1h20/1h30 flight). My experience has shown that I made the right choice. Indeed, the first contact with Michaela, Francophone coordinator, and the subsequent exchanges was all fruitful. She took the time to explain everything and add little words that brought a lot of friendliness. Her involvement, as well as that of Linda, who also followed me, testify to a professionalism and a relentless commitment to the well-being of patients, with patience and kindness at all times, contributing greatly, with the doctors and staff in place, in an almost family atmosphere, to the success of the clinic which, for me, stands out from its competitors in other countries and also enjoys very bright, very clean and modern premises where you feel very comfortable. In addition, unlike in other countries, the price of IVF is more affordable, the recipient's drugs (except for special features requiring specific drugs) are included, as well as a taxi on arrival, a donor guarantee for a recipient, and the obtaining of 6 oocytes. I strongly recommend Gynem Prague to women who are looking for personalized treatment and follow-up, efficiency, responsiveness, more affordable than in other countries, pleasant premises, all in the City of Prague which is a very beautiful city, to top it all off.

After 2 years of marriage life we came here for an egg donor. I have tried for IUI but didn't achieve results. Then we came here for IVF with donor egg. I was failed - my IVF didn't succeed. Whereas all my reports were fine. Don't know what was the reason of the failure IVF. Staff and dr. Tekin was good.

We have just returned to the UK after my husband experiencing a nasty fall. We went to the accident and emergency department where they treated his badly wounded thumb, and trauma to the side of his face. He was quite poorly as he is elderly and they decided to admit him for observation. They carried out many tests including CT scans and reassured us that he would recover. We consequently had to go every other day for dressing changes to his thumb, and were treated throughout by a quick professional team of doctors and nurses. We also had the service of a young English woman called Jess who translated everything the doctors told us. All in all, it was horrible experience made better by their professionalism. I would recommend anyone who has the misfortune to need hospital treatment, to use them if you are in Fethiye or surrounding areas. Well done Esnaf!

I can't express enough of my gratitude to Dr.Senoz. He went above and beyond to help us get our first healthy baby girl. He also attended the clinic on a bank holiday day for treatment. After 12 years of infertility, 6 failed IVF treatments in the UK. A miracle has happened with the assistance of Dr.Senoz. I believe he is one of the best doctors in Europe. The treatment plan was chosen by him based on my health needs and he didn't offer any unnecessary tests or procedures. I found the treatment plan easy on the body and less painful compared to my previous treatment. Jinepol Clinic uses the best medications for IVF available on the market. Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.

It was a nice experience and went by much faster than I was expecting. I'm glad to have the procedure done and this clinic was reliable and put a lot of care into preventing any complications.
