If you are looking for fertility treatment Gynem is the best clinic by far. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff that treat you wonderfully from the first day of consultation to the end of your fertility journey. All the staff are bilingual speaking and make sure you have everything you need from transfers, tests, care packages and also great priced to and not forceful where most fertility clinics think more about money than care and attention to your needs. Will definitely be using Gynem in the future.

After several failures in Toronto, my husband and I arrived in Prague in 2017 after our amazing consultation with Dr Mrazek over Skype.

We decided to go through our last IVF in Prague convinced that we would only come back with the memory of a nice vacation and instead expect a child!

The clinic followed us step by step before leaving, during our stay in Prague and afterwards. Our contact was with Michaela who I will never thanks her enough for the trust and strength she gave me by treating me as a family member.

Not to mention she goes beyond her duties and her shift to help you and make you feel comfortable and always happy to answer all your questions. We were lucky to have one healthy embryo.

We transferred it on day 3 and finally, our miracle baby girl has arrived with the help of an amazing team Dr. Mrazek and Dr Thomas. I found a place in Gynem where they still care about the success of their work and at affordable prices! The staff is prepared and considerate. Thank you! Prague is also beautiful! I recommend Gynem without delay!

I chose Gynem after having done some research on the fiv.fr website, after having been disappointed by the first contact in a Spanish clinic recommended by a French association but I did not like it because it took patients on a chain without taking into account the specificities, giving the impression that we are a number, with, in addition, small premises where I did not feel comfortable.

I chose this clinic which I decided to contact because of the positive comments that were indicated on the fiv.fr website following a visit to the premises that the latter carried out and also notably for the clarity of the premises, the ease of access by plane from Paris (several flights every day and 1h20/1h30 flight).

My experience has shown that I made the right choice. Indeed, the first contact with Michaela, Francophone coordinator, and the subsequent exchanges was all fruitful. She took the time to explain everything and add little words that brought a lot of friendliness. Her involvement, as well as that of Linda, who also followed me, testify to a professionalism and a relentless commitment to the well-being of patients, with patience and kindness at all times, contributing greatly, with the doctors and staff in place, in an almost family atmosphere, to the success of the clinic which, for me, stands out from its competitors in other countries and also enjoys very bright, very clean and modern premises where you feel very comfortable.

In addition, unlike in other countries, the price of IVF is more affordable, the recipient's drugs (except for special features requiring specific drugs) are included, as well as a taxi on arrival, a donor guarantee for a recipient, and the obtaining of 6 oocytes.

I strongly recommend Gynem Prague to women who are looking for personalized treatment and follow-up, efficiency, responsiveness, more affordable than in other countries, pleasant premises, all in the City of Prague which is a very beautiful city, to top it all off.

We underwent IVF at the gynem facility, everything went perfect from Skype meeting with MD to pick up at the airport. Communication with the facilitator was excellent and couldn't ask for a better experience.

The MD recommended we not implant embryo as uterine lining was thicker than optimal. My wife insisted we try and we're blessed with a beautiful daughter 7-16-18!

We had our first IVF cycle in May, unfortunately, it wasn't successful but we are going back as soon as possible to try again.

The facilities are impressive from the technical point of view as well as the relaxed atmosphere in the clinic. Fantastic team, great professionals and super friendly. Definitely, recommend them!

IVF with own eggs.

Facilities: Their facilities are great for a small clinic. Its cleanliness is 10 out of 10.

Location: Their location is somewhat outside the city. But easily accessible by tram, bus and uber.

Employees: Their employees are nice and very warm welcoming. They speak good English and especially the coordinator that was assigned to me. She was very accommodating and did help me a lot.

Doctors: The doctors are nice and converse average English that is why occasionally you will need your coordinator to translate. In terms of expertise, I believe most of the doctors are very knowledgeable about what they do. The IVF process, protocols, stimulations, etc like the basic IVF procedure which I always get at least 2-3 Grade A + or – embryo which is good.

Though my very concern is that there is a lack of review or analysis in terms of the failed outcome of IVF even there is no commitment on this. I believe previous results should be discussed profoundly with the patient before going through the process again. Before I came to this clinic, I already have one IVF failure with another clinic so I decided to move to this clinic. I have done some research and thinking to go to another clinic but my friend highly recommended them. In addition, I have also read some medical articles about tests (immunology) so I decided to do one before I do another IVF cycle again. I was about to get some tests on a Clinic I found on the internet (Gennet) but Gynem has recommended to go to a clinic Immunia.

Anyway, in the end, the tests only recommended one thing out of a ton of blood taken from me, just to increase the medication! So after this, I went through another cycle of IVF with the recommendation of increasing medication. But the outcome again was failed. I had a Grade A embryos as well this time but again didn’t work. I had frozen embryos this time so we took 5 months break to try again. Our next try thru 2 embryo transfer, I got pregnant but only one made it but we lost it also at 8 weeks. Again, this was truly heartbreaking as that’s the only frozen embryo we have. Last March we decided to do another cycle, even though our expenses are quite on height as we are really longing to have our baby. Before we started the IVF cycle, I kept asking from the doctor if there’s anything we should do before we do another cycle again. He said None! Nothing! Therefore, we were very optimistic this time that it will work. But again, it was a failed cycle without any frozen embryos.

This was too frustrating that I had to analyse and started questioning the clinic or the doctor. Which I did! I started analysing the medications that was recommended from previous cycle, I felt some where missing like the baby aspirin, which was recommended before when I had the embryo transfer. I wonder why the medications are different when I had a positive outcome that time. I was quite frustrated when I asked the clinic/doctor. Then all of a sudden, all the possible recommendations came out over email such as taking additional meds before and after the transfer, doing some more test, etc. I wish all these recommendations written to me via email was given before we did the cycle. Another thing that upset me and my husband, is that the clinic (doctor) seems not to own any oversight or missed step in their handling or recommendations in my case. We would have accepted it but the way we were answered is that their clinic (doctor) never makes a mistake. Nobody is perfect.

I wrote this as this was our experience. I would still recommend Gynem in terms of the facilities and the outcome of the embryos grade. But I would hesitate knowing if you have the same case as me with previous failed IVF and miscarriages, or other conditions you may not know, etc. I believe there are a lot of good IVF clinics in Prague like Gynem but I think it also goes to which one would suit your case and as well depend on the services they offer. In relation to my experience with the clinic, I have absolutely no issues what so ever. The clinic is so modern, hygienic and everybody is so professional and friendly. I would recommend and have done to my family or friends to go here rather than any clinic in Ireland, I just feel they are superior versus my experience’s in Ireland. (and I had a few!)

Lucie, I can honestly say that there is nobody I would rather have dealt with from beginning to end. You are the warmest friendliest professional person I could have wished to deal with and I can never thank you enough. You were always there with such a speedy reply even at times when I felt like I was stalking you with queries, but you never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions or sending too many emails and I can’t thank you enough or stress how much I appreciated it!

I also thought the perk of picking us up at the airport to take us to our hotel and collecting us for our 1st appointment was fantastic. It really took out any additional stress after arriving in a strange city. I have absolutely not a negative thing to say and I just hope the next time I’m writing to you is with fantastic news, fingers crossed.

My husband and I had previous been successfull with embryoadoption at a different ivf clinic in Greece. We have a 3 year old daughter as a result. We tried to get her a sibling at the same clinic but failed. We decided to switch clinics and country and have one last trial.

The result is 7 weeks old and the most beautiful babyboy ever. His big sister wants to drown him in kisses and hugs. I had 2 frozen embryos transfered in November 30. 2016. One stuck and I had a nice umcomplicated pregnancy despite being 45 years old.

I had a very quick reply. I had originally decided on Gennet IVF but I switched to Gynem because of their waiting list. I had to time my pregnancy because I was just starting a new job. Gynem had no waiting list. I contacted Gynem on the 26. Sept and had a reply soon after, by the 10th Nov I was pregnant. I am so happy.

After several unsuccessful IVF attempts in our own country and in another clinic in Prague, we changed last minute and went to Gynem.

We first had a Skype talk with Dr. Vlcek, who was clear, friendly and understanding. He had Martina contact us. She was very knowledgeable and just a genuine and very sweet person. Because things went wrong in the other clinic I had lots of questions and needed reassuring.

It was our first visit to Gynem and I'm very carefully writing that I'm pregnant as I still can't believe it.

What was also good is the fact that they send all your medication by post. In the other clinic, we went to we had to take their prescription to our doctor and it was a lot of hassle.

We had a treatment with our own eggs and sperm with IMSI. The price was very reasonable. We had the treatment due to Male Factor.

Hello, we chose this clinic base on people's reviews, the cost of the treatment and their success rates. I contacted Jana back in January (2017). To ask her about the whole IVF process. This was our second round. Our first one was negative at the end. I love how Jana treated me. We understood each other pretty well. I know she was busy and sometimes took a little bit of time to respond before I started my treatment but she found the time to always reply back to my emails. She kindly manages to post me my medications to Germany and I received them on time. When I visit Gynem everyone was very nice and kind. Love the cleanness of the building. I don't recall who was the first doctor that saw me and did my first endovaginal to check how many follicles were responding. It was hard that I only had one follicle but the Embryologist gave me good hopes that it was going to be a good one and I trusted his word. We transferred a grade 1 minus (5BA) Blastocyst and now we are waiting for our HCG bloodwork to see if it was a successful transfer. My husband and I kindly appreciate your service. After 7 failed attempts of IUI and 3 failed attempts of IVF in Toronto.
I came across Gynem Clinic after searching on the internet.
Shortly I got in touch with the clinic and we had our first consultation over Skype with Dr.Milan Mrazek who is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and humble.
After that they requested certain test from our previous treatment and they got back in touch with us that they need more test and we did everything in Toronto and we emailed them all the result.
Shortly we made the appointment and they send out the medication for us so that way we don’t need to stay for long time in Prague.
We went to the clinic they send us a taxi to pick us up from the airport to the clinic and shortly we meet with Michaela our coordinator.
She is absolutely very cheerful and helpful and she replies quickly to all your answer.
We did the first ultrasound to see how many embryos are ready for retrieval and we came after two days for the retrieval.
We meet with doctor Mrazek who is really absolutely the perfect example for humanity and he canceled his conference to berlin in order to do my retrieval.
After the retrieval we meet with Doctor Thomas the embryologist absolutely amazing.
He explains for us each embryos chance for fertilized and he was sending for us the report until day 5 and we ended up with one magical healthy embryo.
We used the assisting hatching and the glue technique.
We wanted to give 100% chance for our magical embryo.
Finally we did a fresh transfer a day before and we left Prague the magical city.
Over the holiday we got the amazing news that we are pregnant.
We are 16 weeks as per today and we are so thankful to all the team in Gynem Clinic.

I love this clinic so much and everything about it! My partner and I lost our beautiful baby boy during labour in June 2016 and I nearly died myself all due to negligence of the hospital. As u can imagine we are both absolutely heartbroken and as I have lost my womb I cannot carry another baby. We said we would look at different clinics and I was emailing a few but this one stood out for some reason. We have been dealing with Martina all along and she is an angel, so lovely and helpful and made the whole process very comfortable for us. I was very exciting about meeting Dr.Milan Mràzek as I read about him and he is the man that makes all the magic happen! He is so lovely and helpful and when I get the egg retrieval done I was so nervous and scared and he was so nice and made me so at ease. I can't thank him enough. Now I just have to hope and pray that the person carryin my baby gets pregnant ?? All I can say to anyone is defo go with this clinic, it's clean, cosy and the nicest and best staff, doctors and nurses.
