Jinepol IVF & Womens Health Clinic : It is a private clinic specialized in assisted reproductive techniques (ART) and IVF owned by 3 gynecologist including myself. In our new location, (Levent, Istanbul), we serve our patients in almost every aspects of Gynecology and Obstetrics except severe cases of oncology patients. Istanbul Surgery Hospital A private hospital. I build and run an ART clinic in this hospital. I personally work in the clinical and laboratory field and trained technicians.

Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Womens Hospital Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Department. During this period, I started micromanipulation techniques in assisted reproduction and in vitro fertilization in our hospital.

Clinical Fellow, Reproductive Sciences, University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Responsible to Dr. R. F. Casper. Work in the clinical and research areas of the department. Particularly study ovarian hyperstimulation and its prevention, osteoporosis and estrogen replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy and its effect on cardiovascular diseases in late postmenopausal women. Also developed a computer program to be used in assisted reproductive technology laboratories for data management and statistics.
1989/93 Gynecologist, key staff position in in vitro fertilization clinic, Ankara Maternity Hospital, Ankara, Turkey, in the establishment and operation of Ankaras first IVF Clinic. Conducted research into improved patient treatment selection by identifying appropriate parameters then entering and analyzing the information in a computerized database. Pioneered related software development, writing user-friendly programs for personal computer. An integral job responsibility is to lecture and instruct on surgical techniques. Other areas of research included changes in lipid metabolism in hirsutic patients and hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women and its effect on lipid metabolism and osteoporosis.
1990 On leave of absence in Canada. Studied for, and passed at first sitting, the exams of the U.S. Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGEMS), the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam (MCCEE), the International Test of English as a Foreign Language, and an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course. While at Ottawa General Hospital, conducted research into Vaginal Birth after Cesarean Section.
1989 Gynecologist, Ilgaz State Hospital, Ilgaz, Turkey. Practiced in rural Turkey to fulfil compulsory State service requirements following specialty training. On own initiative, developed educational program for the area midwives.
1984/88 Resident, Ankara Maternity Hospital, Ankara, Turkey. During Obstetrics and Gynecology specialization program, gained experience in all areas of this hospital. Ankara Maternity Hospital performs approximately 20,000 deliveries, 2000 gynecological operations, 2500 laparoscopies. Took initiative to include as part of program, studies at Haukeland Hospital in Bergen, Norway for 4 months, and the Royal Free Hospital, London, England for 1 month. During residency period also gained experience in organ transplants and dialysis at Turkeys principal Burn and Transplant Hospital.
1982/84 General Practitioner, Tunceli (pop. 100,000), Turkey. Following graduation from medical school, practiced in a medical clinic in eastern Turkey in fulfilment of compulsory State service requirements.
